Lovely house with great pool and really close by to all the beaches in AMI. Brought my parents and my dog for a mini get away for a couple of days and we had the best time here.

We loved staying here. It was accessible to bean point and had a great pool area. The house has an open floor plan and a nice dining area.

Very spacious home, The dock on the canal was a nice bonus - provided a launch point for our kayak rentals and a sunny spot for late afternoon cocktails. Location was great with a short 3 minute walk to the bay, 10 minute walk to Pine Avenue or Bean Point Beach on the gulf.

It was my first terrible stay on Anna Maria island . Megagment is terrible you can't even ask for cleaning pool or garden outside - looks like someone didn't do it long time ago Pool was ton of send and they said it wasn't their problem - its belong to owner and pool company then someone throw all garbige to garbige can - so I never saw in AMI when I was renting for years homes at the same street. So we can see how they respect clients and their family. I will never come back at thiss place any more and I recommend stay away from them - as company witch renting this

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had a terrible stay. It's hard for me to believe as we remedied the situation as quickly as possible and you chose to stay for the remainder of your reservation. You did not have anything to say about the property besides the pool and the trash which both were taken care of right away. You contacted our maintenance line and we sent the pool company out and our maintenance man to remove the trash that was put in your trash can. We cannot control if someone put trash in the trash can without our knowledge. We certainly do not allow unauthorized people not staying in the unit to dump trash in the trash can. We respect all clients and strive to set a standard for all guests to receive the same quality vacation that they deserve. I do not feel that this review clearly reflects your stay or the enjoyment of your vacation. We are happy that you enjoyed the area and all that Anna Maria Island has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at the property and Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches and close access to either side of the island by bike or walking.

The location was great and we were able to bike around the area easily. However I wouldn’t recommend this location if you have a toddler. The staircase to the loft is smaller than usual so a standard baby gate does not fit and the deck staircase was missing a guardrail that left a big gap that a child could fall through. The owners acknowledged it but it was not repaired during my stay. Also there are still no blinds on any of the living room windows or sliding doors and the shower in the main bathroom was unusable due to the orientation of shower head and the shower in the guest bathroom was slow to drain.

I am confused about the baby gate situation as we have had other guests stay and use baby gates with no issues. Most baby gates are adjustable to accommodate various sizes of stair entrances. Property was in a great location. Only a few blocks from the beach. Some pros and cons. Pros: Kitchen was beautiful and very useful. Loved the open floor plan. Living room had a great layout. Balony was awesome to relax and chill. Beds were super comfy.! 2nd bathroom was really nice. Showerhead was great. Teenage son enjoyed the loft. Cons: Master bathroom needs an upgrade. 2nd bedroom felt more like the master. Shower very hard to use. Loving room needed additional seating. TVs in the house need to be upgraded. Very small in bedrooms And cable wouldn't work the entire stay. Most disappointing was the outside unfortunately. Patio table only had 1 chair that wasn't broken. Wish we could have enjoyed the space more. No pool or beach toys - Typically rentals have at least a few things. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. A few simple upgrades / additions could have made it so much better. But we Got to relax and enjoy the family. Cooked alot in that great kitchen. Disco ball light was great.

Thank you for the feedback. This helps us make the vacation more enjoyable. We cannot control the layout of the bedrooms or how they present. We do our best to make sure all guests are comfortable no matter which room they choose. The TVs are brand new and were just replaced through out the house earlier this year. We will talk to the owner about the living room furniture and the outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, due to wear and tear, we cannot guarantee beach and baby equipment. Great Stay on Anna Maria Island

Great Property close to Pine Street

My family stayed at in early April 2023. The property was as advertised, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed during our weeklong stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend this property to others.

Great place to stay during your time on Anna Maria Island!

This house is close to everything! We were initially concerned about the air conditioner not working properly, but once the house cooled down to the preferred temperature it was a comfortable stay. It was warm in the loft, but luckily we didn’t need that space.

It is hard to beat such a great location that is so close to everything. It has been an unusually hot summer with the heat index. It has been tough for perfectly working AC units to keep the property 30 degrees cooler than the temperature outside. I am glad everything worked out for you. Relaxing

We had a great week. The only thing that we did not like was the air conditioning. It couldn’t cool the whole place. We would get really hot at night.
