A holiday home that represents a true Queenslander lifestyle, featuring 3 bedrooms, main with an ensuite plus a 2nd bathroom, fantastic balcony for outdoor entertainment and BBQs or just relaxing while perched high on tree lined block in Arcadia. This air-conditioned home is a pleasant stroll to the well known Alma Bay, Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel and local corner store.

Marramaninjie enables you to enjoy the peace and quiet of Magnetic Island. A tropical retreat to return to after a day at the beach or hike over one of the islands walking trails.

Very comfortable, well appointed house with great eating areas. Quiet peaceful location at night after a day at the beach. Easy walk to Alma Bay. Plenty of room for the kids to play. Will definitely be back.

in desperate need of a thorough clean

While the property is in a lovely location and a quality home it is starting to run down and is in desperate need if a thorough clean. Windows, flyscreens are filthy. Wardrobes need dusted and mirrored doors cleaned. The kitchen is overrun by ants. Ceiling fans need replacing and there is very poor airflow through the property. For the first time in 11 years we had to resort to putting on air-conditioning. Having said all of that, if the property was well maintained, it would be a pleasant place to stay. The owner needs to invest more in house maintence and/or change the clurrent cleaning company.
