The house is beautiful and well situated in a quiet neighborhood. I came for a work conference in the city, so it was great to drive away about 40 minutes and just relax. All my colleagues had plenty of space. The house has very nice touches that make you feel at home. Bob is a very thoughtful host. Made our business trip a little less businesslike. I definitely recommend this home.

The property is gorgeous, clean and recently redone. Bob was generous, and very helpful. He responded quickly to any messages. The property is 10 minutes to everything the Woodfield Mall area has to offer, but extremely quiet and secluded. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. Our hosts were exceptional, very responsive and even gave us a tour of the property upon arrival. There were lots of games and books, a fridge stocked with breakfast items and even a bottle of wine. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Inverness home was super excellent! The home is very spacious, very new-feeling, beautifully kept, and very well appointed -- very well-equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, etc. We found extremely gracious touches such as a very well stocked complimentary refrigerator -- eggs, english muffins, half and half, orange juice, cheeses, etc. etc.; as well as complimentary wines. All in all I am running out of superlatives. I would highly recommend a stay at Bob's Inverness home!

You couldn’t chose a better house in the area or better owners. This house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. It’s beautifully decorated and so spacious. The beds are all comfortable. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Our family loved our stay here and look forward to going back!

We booked our trip to stay at Bob's place very last minute, flying in from Florida/Alabama/New York to celebrate the life of our young cousin whom passed unexpectedly. The service was in Barrington, so the location was perfect for where we needed to be since there are hardly any good hotels nearby and the price was amazing for how nice and big this house is. My family and I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience and the comfort of the home. My sister's flight ended up getting delayed by 2 hours, pushing us back from when I though we would originally arrive at the house and the co-owner, Ben, patiently waited for us - greeting us with a warm welcome and tour of the house, showing us the space and how to turn on the fireplace, etc. Bob even left us with a fridge full of eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee cake, and more. They even went above and beyond to leave us a very nice bottle of wine with a thoughtful card for our family. The couch was massive and comfortable for us to sit together, plenty of space, extremely clean with plenty of new towels in the bathrooms. We even loved the electronic trash can, just wave your hand and it opened and closes on its own without having to ever touch it! Check out was simple and no hassle at all. I could go on and on! This was by far the best Airbnb experience we've ever had and we can't say thank you enough!!
