This retreat is perfect for couples and a small family of 3 who have the desire to get away from it all. Come to one of the last Beach Communities that still offers the small town feel. We are known as the 'Worlds safest Beach'. Just 12 miles South of Santa Barbara and 90 miles North of LA. A winning combination of location, quality and price!

Why stay in a hotel/motel, or the suburbs that look like any other, when you can bask in the laid back atmosphere of a Beach community, with the smell of the ocean, less than one block to the beach?

The Condo is located in the quiet section of Carpinteria, just steps away from the beach, Bird Sanctuary, Dining and downtown shops, including our own local farmers market. Leave your car and associated traffic/parking worries behind. We even offer off street reserved parking.

Carp by the Beach

Mark was so easy to deal with. He answered all our questions promptly and his intro packet was very helpful. We stayed there almost three weeks. On our third day, the disposal stopped working. We notified Mark and the next day it was fixed. That was how easy it was to work with him. It was a great place tostay.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. All necessary amenities are included. Very clean. Great location; walking distance to beach and town. Owner Mark is great . Quick responds to any questions.
