Beach Kisses is perfectly situated along the pristine Emerald Coast, just across a little neighborhood road from the beach. Any closer and you'd be beach front! Enjoy knockout views, a 10'x16' private pool, and location convenience across the board. This home is just minutes from absolutely everything Destin and Miramar Beach has to offer.

Northwest Florida is home to two distinctly different world-class beach vacation destinations. The first is Destin – filled with excitement, family attractions, shopping, dining, fishing, vibrant nightlife and, of course, white sand beaches. The other is South Walton – home to the same breathtaking beaches but with greater focus on the preservation of nature and with intentionally less development. Miramar Beach is positioned between Destin and South Walton, making it the ideal destination to experience the best of both worlds. While the draw of its neighbors is strong, visitors of Miramar Beach may choose not to leave this oasis. Excellent property next to the beach

The house was beautiful and conveniently located right next the beach. The private heated pool was great for relaxing after a day at the beach. The management was very prompt and responsive to any inquiries. Would highly recommend the place.

Great location

The house is as close to the beach as you can get without actually being in the beach. The parking was a little tight but we had 2 trucks & small crossover. There is no extra room for parking. Overall house was in great condition. The kitchen stove was little out dated ( but we didn’t go there to cook) & 1 of the beds had a box spring that caused bed to slope at bottom but overall house was very nice, the location was fantastic & we had a wonderful trip.

The house and location were excellent, but the construction was more than stated in the description. At one point we could not even drive into driveway of the house due to construction vehicles and equipment.

The home was clean and the view was breathtaking!

Overall we had a great week. My biggest complaint would be that we chose to book at the less congested, busy end of the Destin/Miramar area. Out of the 7 nights we stayed, only 2 were peaceful. Those two evenings we could hear the sound of the ocean from our bedroom. The other 5 evenings we enjoyed the loud music and large parties (the house across the street had 12 cars and 25 people staying) that went on well into the mornings ( 3:30 and 5:00 am!) If there is a noise ordinance, it is not enforced. The gas tank for the grill was empty, it should be checked by management and filled for each guest arriving. We shouldn't have to, as renters, go to the store and exchange the tank. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with a hodgepodge of dishes that provide the basics for cooking. There were plenty of towels and linens supplied.

Doug, Thank you for staying with us. We do apologize that the guest staying across the street from you were not courteous neighbors. We do in fact have noise ordinances in place that are enforced by the Sheriff's Department but only when someone calls them. We are in laid back beach communities that don't have crime therefore the Sheriff's do not patrol the area in which you were staying. Please feel free to call us or the Sheriff's Department should you ever run into this type of situation again. We also apologize that the propane tank was not full when you arrived. While we do try to ensure that the tanks are full on occasion tanks get left in the "open" position which causes them to leak before the next guest arrives. We do not require you to replace the tanks. We are more than happy to replace them for our guests. We are glad to hear that you were able to enjoy our beautiful beaches and hope to see you return next year and for many years to come. Thanks again for staying with us.

"Workation" at the Beach

Since we're working from home, we decided to stay at this beach home! We had cool March weather which was perfect to open up the windows and sleep to the sound of the surf. The house is great and large. The views from the kitchen/dining/living area are very good, but the best view is the master bedroom - you can see lots of beach between the front row houses. There was quite a bit of construction around during this low season - looks like everyone is getting ready for the busy summer. We walked a lot - to the very nice Winn Dixie and nearby restaurants. Surf hut is 0.5 miles down the beach - a great seafood restaurant and beach bar. Sunrise and sunset over the ocean are a particular benefit of this location, but I suspect in the summer, they would be over condos. We stepped onto the beach for at least 20 sunrise/sets during our 2 weeks. Property is managed by a large professional company with great service and access. Excellent bedding and towels. Kitchen is very well equipped with clean/nice Tfal pans. Gas grill was brand new with side burner. Two huge master suites. Big closets everywhere. Only thing we missed was outdoor eating space - the balconies are nice with great view, but not big enough for a dining table.
