This 2500 square foot home is the ultimate vacation home for the entertainer. The house has a very open floor plan, yet affords privacy for all. If one group chooses to watch sports or a Netflix movie on the 60 inch TV in the family room or the Den , another group can converse or read in the living room, den, dining room or bedrooms.You'll love the sliding doors that disappear into the walls, opening all the main living areas to the screened lanai and pool. You'll find spacious, light filled rooms with views of the water from every room!

The location next to the river is in Palaco Grande, nicknamed the “Gold Coast” of Cape Coral where you can watch dolphins, rays and fish play from the comfort of your deck chair. Don't forget to hop on one of the bikes to explore this beautiful quiet neighborhood or take one of the kayaks for a canal ride.

Walk down to the private dock under the Tiki Hut to fish, sun bathe or simply read a book. The home is also close to golf, great restaurants, shopping and outlet malls. At days end, the best place to be in Cape Coral is right here poolside on your private lanai, enjoying the breathtaking Sunsets while sipping a beverage, grilling a steak or sampling southern Florida fresh seafood.

This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, furnished with every amenity needed for a relaxing vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home.

Rates are based on 4 Guests. Additional guests: $ 35 per night per guest.
*********Note that the owner of this home keeps a 52 foot boat at the dock and he is allowed access to the boat through the yard at any time. There is no room to dock a rental boat

Our family had a wonderful time at this house, spending most of our two weeks enjoying the pool and all of the amenities on offer. Highlights were kayaking from the dock and seeing manatees, dolphins, turtles and afternoon visits from a friendly iguana. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, with easy access to lots of stores and restaurants. This property is exactly as described and we will definitely visit again. The rental company were a pleasure to deal with, thank you!

We could not have been hapier with this property. Very dog friendly with plenty of grassy areas. Very nice pool and deck area. You will be surprised at the amount of open space in this house and you would never imagine by looking at the exterior. Will definitely rent again.

Caloosahatchee River House

The Caloosahatchee House is as beautiful as pictured. It is a very well assigned home, with plenty of room for all our family's needs. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The tiki seating deck with the breeze off the river was quite lovely. We very much enjoyed our time there and will return in the future.

We had a wonderful time. No complaints, the pool ended up being cloudy our last day, I let them know and by the time we got back from our day out the pool cleaner had already been by. I would 100% stay again!

We accelerated the timeline of owning a vacation home in Florida after Sue battled (and survived) two different cancers over a four year time period. We learned the lesson of living our dreams now! After 7 years of owning and renting a vacation home in Cape Coral, we relocated to that home in August 2017. We'd like others to live their vacation dreams in one of our 4 vacation homes!

Why they chose this property

We admired this home for years as we passed it to boat to the river and onto the Gulf. We loved the location, the fact that the huge Tiki hut gave views in all directions AND the house had a spectacular view of the river. As it is at the entrance to the river, we see dolphins, rays, fish, all sorts of wildlife as well as boat watching! When the home become available in January, 2015 we immediately bought it long distance having never seen the inside--that's how special the location is. We spent a month rehabbing the inside, painting from top to bottom, new flooring, new furniture, everything is brand new! This home is so special we were approached by 2 different couples to purchase it from us as we were working on it.

What makes this property unique

Incredible river views, floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors in every room. Bright, sunny, happy feel. Fabulous fishing or just relaxing on the lanai or under the Tiki Hut at waterside. Wonderful upscale neighborhood of Palaco Grande. Very unique---great home, great location and premier neighborhood
