This lovely small house is just right for a single person or a couple and even has a guest room, perfect for visits from friends or family. It can be your perfect retreat in Merida Centro.

When location counts this is the one for you. Santa Lucia is only two blocks away, Santa Ana is two blocks in the opposite direction and the Paseo de Montejo is only one block more. The street is quiet and the neighborhood very pleasant.

The open concept living room/dining room/kitchen is at the rear of the home, in front of the pool and garden. There is even a rooftop terrace especially for enjoying the perfect Merida evenings.
