Clean & Close to Beach & Village with Loft & A/C-& Garage

Alicia, thank you for your feedback. We were very sorry to learn that the air-conditioning system caused trouble during your stay. When your husband contacted us, our understanding was that the system had restarted and was operating again after the power was reset. Unfortunately, we did not realize that the problem had continued until after checkout. Had we known it was still not operating properly, we would have immediately arranged for an HVAC technician to come out during your stay. Because we were not comfortable risking another interruption for our guests, we subsequently replaced the entire three-year-old A/C system with a brand-new system. Future guests can therefore be assured that the unit now has new heating and air-conditioning equipment. Regarding parking, every Seaview Getaway includes a dedicated garage parking space. As noted in our property information, larger vehicles that do not fit in the garage may need to use street parking. Our location is in the heart of Corona del Mar, within walking distance of the village and beach, so the surrounding streets can certainly be busy at times. We appreciate your stay and your feedback. We always encourage our guests to contact us whenever something isn't working properly so that we have the opportunity to address it immediately rather than learning about it after checkout.
