Blue skies, warm weather, and beautiful beaches make CDM an ideal destination for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or solo excursion. Located on the ocean side of PCH, the property was fully renovated with inviting décor, appliances, and central AC in 2020. This apartment is a private unit and is the first in a triplex. This is the front unit of a classic Beach Bungalow. This front unit is a two-bedroom 1 bath unit comfortably sleeping 5. One bedroom has a king bed, and the second has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A private patio with a bbq for year-round grilling is unique to this unit. Beach chairs and towels are provided for your use. A separate laundry room has a free washer and dryer shared with the triplex. One garage parking spot is allocated for Unit A. The Garage is shared with Unit C; each unit gets one spot.

Absolutely perfect location for us to stay. My husband, sister and I were in town for a memorial in Corona del Mar. The home is lovely and super close to the beach, shops and restaurants. This is a very upscale area with everything in walking distance. Host had to fix the garage door keypad and was responsive when it did not work for us part way through our stay. Only comments would be that it would be nice to have a small lamp on the table in the second bedroom for reading. Would definitely recommend this lovely home!

Wonderful place to stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The location is fabulous, near restaurants, the beach and shopping. One should know that the street is fairly busy and the bed was soft as we read from some other reviews. It is very clean.

Property was absolutely wonderful. Often when coming to the area I will stay on the other side closer to Newport pier. Not anymore. This location was amazing; with an ability to walk to delicious coffee and food spots, and the short walk to the ocean, *chef’s kiss* it was perfection. Not to mention the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Highly recommend this place to anyone and my friends and I couldn’t agree more, that we will certainly be back. Host is also 10 out of 10 with phenomenal communication and providing details before I even had to ask. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Overall a good experience and the garage is a plus. The place had all the amenities needed. The only thing is that the bed in the master bedroom is way to soft for my liking. If there ia contruction going in around the homes the trucks driving by can be a bit noisy. Other than that recommend it.

Newport Beach has been Southern California’s destination of choice for beach vacations. Our triplex is in an ideal location to make lasting happy memories. It is centrally located 1 block to the main beach and 1 block to exceptional restaurants and shops. Saturday mornings you will find our local Farmer's Market just a 1/2 block away. You can relax on the front patio or go a short walk to see the Pacific Ocean and watch the sunset. You just park your car and enjoy all the benefits of beach life. This triplex is a perfect place for that relaxing beach vacation or a midweek getaway.
