This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in south Lake Havasu City. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but has space for more. The master and the first guest rooms have queen beds. The second guest room has twin trundle beds. It's decorated in a contemporary style with a ZEN like feeling. It has all of the supplies needed to exist in a Home Away From Home manor. Our home is Very Clean and is in a quiet a neighborhood with long time neighbors.
We request that winter rentals are at least 6 months in the winter.

Nice Place

Stayed here for about 6 weeks. Very nice place in a quiet location. Well equipped with everything a person needs for a stay away from home. Great communication with the owner that is very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Waiting on the deposit

Before I write a review, I want to know when our damage deposit of $500.00 will be returned? It will be 2 weeks from 3/15 that we left and the owner did a review shortly after for she had renters coming in the 3/20. Would appreciate a prompt return. Mrs. Gilbertson

Awesome, could not be any better.

We stayed the month of January at this house and it is perfect. House is large, modern, super clean and equipped with everything. Great location, very quite and perfect on all accounts. Exceeded our expectations, would rent again without hesitation. Thank you Rozlyn.
