RIDGEVIEW RETREAT/ Huge views! Hot tub, fireplaces, A/C, and location!

Check in anytime after 4pm- Check out promptly by 10am. Housekeeping comes in right at 10am. Maximum guests day, or night, is 8. Maximum vehicles 4. Town of Estes Park regulations.

Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported.

Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out.

Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

Linda was very helpful and we enjoyed staying in her cabin! Check-in and instructions were very detailed. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our favorite part of staying in the cabin were the AMAZING views from the deck and the hot tub. We loved spending time relaxing on the deck every morning and evening looking at the views. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Estes Park again! :)

Very Impressed. Enough room. Decorated nicely. Clean. Good Location. The house was laid out nicely with separation and enough bathrooms. Loved the jacuzzi on the deck. The views are awesome.

Great place to stay!

Location was perfect! 10 minutes from the National Park. We came for a winter vacation, and this was perfect for that. We were able to sled right down the driveway.

Very clean home. Location is perfect and just a few minutes from downtown. Loved the Christmas decor! Hot tub initially wasn’t working when we first arrived but she had someone out to fix it within 20 minutes of hearing about the problem. Our host was very kind, accommodating and helpful and even sent us suggestion for things to do during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome place in a great location

We wanted a unique family Christmas and decided to stay here. It did not disappoint! The cabin is beautiful, decorated and wonderfully placed on the mountain side. Estes Park a short distance away. Check in/out was easy, cabin was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of room. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful mountainside views. 10/10 would recommend!

Best view in Estes Park

The house was perfectly set up for my family of seven. The view from the back deck has got to be the best in all of Estes Park. Whenever we weren’t out hiking in RMNP, I was sitting on the covered part of the deck with a book. My husband and teen sons also loved the hot tub. Linda replied quickly to any questions.

Just book it!!

OMG I cannot express how amazing our stay was at Linda’s property. She was quick at responding to any questions we had and she was accommodating. The house was so clean, had amazing views, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We saw elk, deer, and a black bear from the deck. Bonus too - the house is close to town but you still get mountain view. We already want to go back! If you have the opportunity to book this place, do it!

A week to remember 2023

This property was a huge hit with the family! The back covered porch was very enjoyable and when the sun got to intense we moved to the front shaded fire pit area. Then at nightfall we went back to the back porch. Easy access to downtown and to RMNP. The property manager kept us informed with the things happening in town (firework show) and road maintenance around the property. The only knock on this house was that the kitchen was not very roomy. The view, covered porch, fire pit, AND A/C was GREAT. Don’t miss out on this property

Great property, strict check-in and out

Ridgeview retreat was a beautiful property and was just as it was advertised. We booked in the off season for a family wedding, but policies were the same regardless of the time of year. It would have been helpful to know there were items *possibly* available to help with the care of our infant prior to arrival to minimize packing needs. If you are looking for a leisurely last day and check-out, this is not the property for you. The chore list is specific and involved and the cleaning crew was outside waiting for us to pull out of the driveway as we left at 10:02am. There were also some additional fees we were not anticipating at the time of booking. Overall, it was a lovely stay and met our expectations.

Great Mountain View

We enjoyed staying at Ridgeview Retreat for Thanksgiving with family. The amazing views, the spacious rooms, and the sturdy furniture are what we enjoyed the most. Linda was an awesome host and was very easy to connect with questions about the area. Unfortunately I broke my ankle in the park the first day so we didn't get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit; I really was looking forward to both. We will have to come back and have a do over. In case you are unfortunate like me, I can tell you if you are going to be injured, this is the best place to do so. All of the hikers were eager to be of assistance and helped my family carry me to the car. The Estes Park urgent care team was great, quickly had X-rays, compression boot, and crutches. We were able to borrow a wheelchair for the rest of our stay. Back at the house the sturdy furniture helped me to transition from sitting to standing and back. We had to move a few items to maneuver the wheelchair but the doorways were plenty wide.

TERRIBLE - added extra $350 charge to our stay

Travelers BEWARE! My wife and I stayed here with our daughters for 2 nights in March for our WEDDING in RMNP. The hot tub was a selling point because we wanted to enjoy spending time there with our girls. When we arrived, the hot tub water level was low and the water was cold and required a couple of hours to get warm enough to use. We continued to have issues with it becoming cold, so we contacted the host. She sent over someone to repair it and the hot tub worked great our second night. We returned home to receive a nasty text message accusing us of not only breaking her hot tub but actually saying we deliberately vandalized it. VRBO then charged a $350 repair bill to our credit card. Needless to say, we were busy spending time together as a family to celebrate our wedding, NOT vandalizing a hot tub. We have explained this to the host to no avail. Upon doing our own research, we learned that the particular hot tub part (a seal around the light bulb) that she accused us of vandalizing actually ages and causes the water to leak when it is failing (perhaps this is why the water level was low when we arrived?). We have never had a travel experience like this and are disappointed and frustrated.

Everything was great, it's a beautiful house, with gorgeous views, close to downtown Estes Park. We were there for my daughter's wedding!A few things--some of our party had trouble finding the house even with the directions. The driveway is a little difficult to negotiate because it is long and space is a little tight for turning around. And finally it is close to downtown but you need to drive it, there are not sidewalks on the mountain roads.Hot tub is nice, the kitchen is well-stocked, lots of seating, I liked the fireplace, views were spectacular.

I have been in Estes Park since 2004. After being a long term rental owner for 44 years it was a good time in my life for a new adventure in short term vacation homes in Estes Park. I love having the opportunity to provide a special place for guests to call home while visiting. Knowing the fun and memories that are being made is one of the reasons I love it so much. I have many, many, return guests who come year, after year, and feel they have truly found their home away from home in one of my vacation homes.

Why they chose this property

Views, Views, and more Views!!! This was a rare lot, available for the first time ever, in an incredible location. I bought the lot and built beautiful Ridgeview Retreat as a vacation home to share with my awesome guests! The views are breathtaking. I also own the 2 other homes on the mountain road where Ridgeview Retreat is located, so I felt it was a perfect fit as guest love the other two homes! You can book one of the homes, or all 3! No cement parking lots and looking into other people's windows. This home has a beautiful setting.

What makes this property unique

Location is wonderful! Close to all the town offers and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Clear, unobstructed mountain views all around the home.
