About this property
Unique new built bach, perfect for a family summer
Completed in Feb '18 as my home, this small yet perfectly formed bach is perfect for a summer in Kinloch. A high spec kitchen, with dishdrawer, homely wooden bench top and plenty of fridge/freezer and pantry space. If you want to cater, 5 burner gas hob and extra large pyrolitic oven will make it a pleasure. Dining table will seat up to 8, if having guests around coupled with a comfortable L shaped couch and wall mounted curved screen Smart TV - Freeview and DVD player. Two bedrooms - one spacious queen size, with slider onto the deck and double wardrobe space, plus a bunk room for another couple, or upto three kids. Bunk is set up double and single, all beds with high quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
High spec bathroom with 1m corner show, shower dome and AWESOME shower head due to gas heating!
Out on the deck is a funky Jamie Oliver BBQ, new garden furniture for 8 or more, with umbrella and most importantly a 5 seater spa pool. All beautifully protected by a fence high enough to keep the world out but still provide lovely views out to the bush clad peinsular.
Single garage with remote control and skullery has washing machine and dryer all in one.
Out the back is a small courtyard with removable washing line, small petanque area and vege garden, hopefully full of fruit - help yourself to anything that is ripe.
An easy 10 minute walk to the beach and shops - two options for evening takeaways for easy meals and 20 minutes to Taupo or 1 hour to Rotorua
