Cosy 3 bedroom house on the water with own private beach on the wonderful Bellarine Peninsula.

Bring your tinny for launching from the beach.

Drive down the cutting to an oasis of comfort and relaxation, all mod cons including air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, BBQ and beautiful bathroom and bedrooms.

Curlewis is an unspoilt seaside hamlet with beautiful bird life only an hour and bit drive from Melbourne.

Our cottage provides an ideal retreat from the stress and strain of busy city living. A great relaxed getaway ideally suited to couples and small families.

Our beach is all of a 1 minute walk.

We loved the cottage and the views. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really appreciated the quiet as we felt like we were in a remote area but only 5 minutes from the centre of Curlewis. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific short stay with two of our grandchildren. Flounder Flat was a great break - great facilities, plenty of room to spread out, lots of games for inside and outside, easy access to Curlewis shops if we needed anything extra food-wise, and the views from the deck were spectacular - and especially at night. We will definitely book again as soon as we can arrange suitable dates!

This is a little gem of a property. Hide way from all the noise of the town. Love the little beach. Million dollars views of the bay. As a family we will be back lots of room for the kids to run around. It's an old-style home but every comfortable.

A Lovely Hideaway.

The cottage was clean and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for our waterfront stay. The view across the bay to the You Yangs was amazing and the location was a great base for exploring the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return soon.

It's a beautiful and isolated location right by the beach, with plenty of space for kids to play. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay were provided, and we truly enjoyed our time here. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat.
