Awesome lake house (with one of the best views on all of Lake Hartwell) with modern interior design and appliances and less than 5 miles from all the fun shops and restaurants in downtown Hartwell! Also Kayaks, Floats, Fire Pit and a Zip-Line for Guest to use (at their own risk) during their stay.

Also 30 miles from Clemson, SC and 20 miles from Anderson, SC.

2 Arcade Games, Golden Tee Golf and NBA Jam

The lake house features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a large couch, a love seat and two reclining chairs.

The house breakdown is:

Bedroom #1: King Sized Bed

Bedroom #2: Queen Sized Bed

Bedroom #3: Bunk Bed

Bedroom #4: Full sized Bed

Bonus: Queen Sized inflatable bed and Baby Pack n’ Play Bed (that can be broken down and put in the closet)

Downstairs there is one couch (that does not pull out into a bed—but someone could sleep on it) and a love seats along with two recliner chairs.

The house is also in a private cove with only one other dock and 6 feet of deep water—with an amazing view! Also the Large Glass Sliding Door, which is more of a one of a kind type item, it can be heavier to move back and forth, and only be moved so far but provides an amazing view of the lake from the living room and we do have some WD40 under the kitchen sink which can help make it move a little easier.

The dock (boat slip) will have a boat in it during your rental (which is not for use) but feel free to bring your own boat (and dock it on either side of the dock) along with using the boat launch at the end of the street.

There is also a park at the end of the street with two beaches and two play sets

This was definitely a great place to stay for a short visit. I needed to take a sabbatical from work and this place was just great. Location was easy to find, great neighborhood and the place is in a cove so very private. Quiet neighborhood and all of the minor conveniences needed. Will definitely book again. Our host was very responsive and friendly, making checkin a breeze. Great deep water dock and calm water cove. We rented a pontoon and had plenty of room to maneuver. Level private lot with fun zip line for the kids. Hosts provide lots of outdoor seating and paddling rafts and kayaks floats etc. Huge TV in family room. You have everything you will need. Very comfortable cottage.

Home Away from Home

This house had everything we needed to celebrate the Fourth of July with extended family. Convenient dock for our boat and jet skis, grill, nice deck, and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty quiet too. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will be back in September.
