We had such a wonderful stay! Having the punch pass for the Moab Rec facility and pool was great as we were traveling with kids who were excited to do something other than hiking for a bit. Thank you again!
We had a great time and the location had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as extra bedding, bathroom supplies, etc. The rooms are spacious and each has it's own bathroom which was nice. I reached out to the host to report an issue with the Hot tub and they responded quickly and fixed it same day. It was a lot of fun to have a private hot tub for the kiddos!

Good Location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.
We stayed for 3 nights. The location was really great. Pretty close to Arches. The house itself was very nice with a canyon view. Check-in was an issue as they shared the door code but door lock was not working, after talking to the manager she shared the garage door access code. This could’ve been communicated properly in the welcome email. But property manager was very prompt. Overall good experience.
Beautiful townhome. Good parking available. Back patio was really nice for early morning coffee time. Beds were very comfortable. Linens also really nice. Lots of storage available for unpacking and settling in.
We stayed here during Easter Jeep Safari, everything was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, near town, plenty of parking including trailer parking in the community. Each bedroom had a full bathroom which was a big plus. We did wish living room had more seating, a bigger L shaped couch would have been good, with a party of 6 there was not enough couch for all to sit. Beds were comfortable except for the room with the bunk beds, the queen bed was very squeaky and not as nice as the other rooms. We had a great time and would recommend.
This property met are needs. We all had plenty of space. All the rooms were big. Now parking is a little tighter than expected but comfortable for 2-3 cars. It has the bare essentials when it comes to kitchen cooking tools. But over all we would definitely book again.
We had three couples go together and loved that it had three bedrooms with attached baths with each one. The beds were absolutely amazing! It was clean and well stocked with everything you could want. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day to relax in. There was room for both trucks and trailers outside, and for a RZR in the garage. The location was perfect. We had a blast on the trails and the restaurants in Moab were awesome. We had a few questions after we got there and the staff we spoke with were so quick to respond and answer our questions. Very impressive. We will be back and hopefully get this same Condo.
We had a wonderful time - 2 families = 4 adults + 4 children. The house was perfect for our group. Lots of space to be separate but close enough to hang. The property is located not far from Moab and although it is close to a busy street, it was quiet inside. The house was a bit messy when we go there so we did some sweeping and vacuuming and cleaning the garbage can top. The host was responsive once we were there and we had a wonderful time. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, except the Keurig coffee maker was broken. We did not report it as we could make it work by holding down the lid. The location was very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. The patio was very nice as the condo backed up to a large rock wall, so it was nice for some star gazing.
This condo was perfect for our stay. This place was perfect for my husband and I to spread out in the downstairs room and our friends (couple and teenage son) to take the upstairs. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space! The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen and laundry came in very handy. The garage was perfect for storing our bikes and we still had plenty of parking for our two cars in front of the garage. The hot tub was much appreciated after some great bike days, especially since we were there early enough that the weather was still a bit cool and wet. We weren't sure about the distance from town when we booked, but it's really only a few minutes drive to downtown Moab so we didn't feel we were missing out on the convenience, We would stay here again.

Spring in Moab
We stayed in April 2023. The site was clean and we had everything we needed. The only thing we could have used would be a few more things in the kitchen. Example: Saran Wrap or Foil.
The television wouldn't connect to the wifi and after performing basic troubleshooting, we put a call into the manager. We didn't hear back from the manager until after we had left.

Nice place, but....
The keypad was dead at check in time and the owner didn't respond to texts or messages right away. Got the code to the garage door to get in and that was good enough. The keypad battery was never replaced during our stay, and the maintenance man came by and said he knew nothing about it.The place is nice, but the hot tub water was disgusting and saw a couple small roaches that were immediately killed. According to evolve checkout instructions, we were asked to start a load of laundry when we checked out. Hard to do when there are no laundry supplies, and I don't travel with them. The location is great, the place is clean, just change the water in the hot tub.Despite these issues, we had a great time, only slept and ate dinner in the place, and the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
Very easy to access, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Easy access to national parks and downtown Moab. Plenty of room for parking with 2 vehicles in the garage and up to 3 in front of the garage. No complaints.
This townhouse was perfect. There was 6 of us. We could have easily had room for 6 more people. It was close to town and Arches. We would certainly stay again!
