The Blue Coyote "Hideaway" is located in Rim Village (the highest rated condos in Moab!). Our patio is NOT in the west sun heat. Perfect for a great early evening BBQ. We also have a huge field behind us so our unit is completely private!

This secluded unit is one of a kind due to the location and privacy, yet it is located only 5-8 minutes south of downtown Moab, Utah. We are within minutes of Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point, Dinosaur tracks, the Colorado River, The Moab Golf Club, white water rafting, mountain biking/hiking/jeeping trails, etc…, but not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, that you'll be happy you stayed here. It’s our favorite place to be. Please contact us and we will give you the scoop on the best places the locals love, from eating out to activities that will create a memorable experience for your vacation here in Moab!!! We would love to share our secrets!

If you have a larger group than 8, I have condo's available right next door to put the rest of your party in! :)

*Two roll away beds for guests 7 & 8. Just know that they are not as comfortable as a true bed.
*The kitchen includes those 'extra' items so you can create an exquisite dinner and set a beautiful table to make your vacation memorable.
*Dining table has leaf inside it to expand for larger seating shown in picture.

You will get a restful and relaxing night's sleep nestled in the high-quality linens and down bedding (other bedding is optional for people with allergies).

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store those valuable 'toys' you may bring along, such as your mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab car show. Wash tub in the garage to clean up after a long day of activities for your toys.

We also provide a gas BBQ grill and utensils to fix a meal. Eat out on the large patio (Seating for 8+) for those great summer day’s that you want to spend outdoors. The Rim views from the private patio will be a constant reminder of the beautiful area you've chosen to spend your vacation without the blistering hot West sun.

Pool and Hot Tub in Rim Village - Pool opens in March and Hot tub is open year around! They are just a hundred feet away from our door!

We have equipped our Moab vacation rental with everything necessary to make your stay convenient and comfortable plus some extra’s that you will love! If we are missing something please leave us suggestions!

The Moab area offers renowned mountain biking trails, Jeeping trails, unforgettable white-water rafting experiences and much, much, more.

After an invigorating hike, Jeeping or mountain bike ride, a trip to the hot tub and pool as well as our clean and comfortable atmosphere and amenities of our “hide-away” will prove to be a refreshing ending to the day.

We were 3 couples staying at this place - very nice to each have a king bed. It was very clean and quiet. It was not far from the communal pool. The outside patio was pleasant to sit on - and not in the hot evening sun.

Beautiful!

We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful condo, and wished we could have stayed longer! It was a welcome and comfortable place to rest after spending many nights in hotels. If we get back to Moab, we will definitely stay here again!

The property was well appointed, the layout worked well for 4 adults, the location was perfect for the parks, golf, town, hiking. Family trip to Moab

The condo was perfect for our family trip to Moab. We had plenty of room to spread out. Location of the condo was perfect. It is a short drive to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. We loved the porch to eat dinner and star gaze at night. I highly recommend this condo!

The Blue Coyote condo far exceeded our expectations. It’s very spacious and beautifully appointed. Our family of 6 adults enjoyed coffee on the patio and stargazing at night. Perfect location for our trips to 3 National parks. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful trip and property!

We had the opportunity to stay at this property with friends over the Fathers day weekend. What was great about our stay was that there was no one behind us and when we were on the patio, the views were beautiful. The unit was large enough for 2 families to stay comfortably and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, do laundry etc. Also was happy how close we were to the pool. We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again!

We were looking for a low-contact vacation during COVID, and the Blue Coyote was a welcome change of scenery. We enjoyed all that Moab and the environs had to offer in winter. Amazing scenery, spectacular weather, and no crowds! The townhouse was perfect; it had everything we needed!

Great choice

The condo was an excellent choice for us, it felt like "home." The place was clean, comfortable and equipped with all of the basics. It was nice to grab some food and cook on the grill verses eating another meal out at a restaurant. Very spacious and comfortable, we would definitely stay there again. Owners were very easy to work with.

Best place we have stayed in Moab

Our group of 6 and our other half of the party that was in another condo had plenty of room to socialize both inside and outside on the patio. Rooms are very roomy, the condo was stocked with what we needed for cooking. The condo was so clean, house had adequate seating and the beds were very comfortable. The listing was accurate and the pictures up to date. Tonya was very responsive before and during our stay. We will defiantly book again next year.

Fantastic accommodations

What a great stay we had in this Moab condo. Tonya was very attentive to all of our needs throughout our entire stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything was provided for all the comforts of home. Enjoyed the plush towels in the bathrooms, it was like staying at the Ritz. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while lounging on the patio. The condo is in a great location to get out in the trails or just go into town for dinner. Thank you to Scott and Tonya for providing such an amazing place for our vacation. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Perfect Moab Place to Stay

This condo is perfection. We stayed here with three adults and three teens. There was plenty of space for all of us. The rollaway beds were such a nice amenity. We ate all our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Played games in the dining room or out on the patio. Watched TV as a family on the huge big screen TV in the living room. It was just perfect for family bonding. Not to mention the place was immaculately clean. We’ll for sure be back to this place when we come back to our favorite get away which is MoAb!

Perfect Place ! Wonderful Stay!

My two sisters and I stayed in this lovely, comfortable condo April 17th - April 23rd. It was a wonderful, comfortable place to come home to each night after a long day of hiking around Moab. We really appreciated that each room had at least a queen size bed (no twins). The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. We like to lounge around after our hiking and this big large, comfy couch was perfect for all of us to hang out and watch tv every night. It was great to have Netflix as an option to watch. The outdoor patio had lots of chairs and two tables, giving us a great space outside to relax as well. The location is perfect! I've been to Moab twice and really appreciated being a few miles out of town this time. It is so quiet and peaceful in this neighborhood. The owner, Tonya, was so helpful and quickly answered my emails and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Moab! It was lovely.

Enjoyable

We had a great time in Moab and enjoyed our stay at Blue Coyote. The location is a short drive to downtown. The grounds are very well kept and we enjoyed the community pool. In particular, I appreciated that there was a good amount of shaded area for the lounge chairs. The unit itself is well decorated and maintained. I also appreciated having a remote garage door opener for our use. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was ample linens. I particularly liked that the TV had multiple premium channels -so when I wanted to crash after a long hike I could find something to zone out on. We toured Canyonlands (north and south entrances), Arches and Dead Horse parks - as well as whitewater on the Colorado, canyoneered, bouldered and hot air ballooned. I also appreciated that the Huntsman's were very responsive and we had instructions on how to enter ahead of our arrival. I would come back to this property again and highly recommend it.

Why they chose this property

We decided to purchase this property because we stayed in the MANY condo's over the past 9 years while visiting multiple times during the year. We stayed in this condo while in Moab for our wedding and honeymoon, and we had to have it! We fell in love with the place. It was perfect. We love how quiet and secluded condo is compared to the others in the area. We love the look, feel and the personal touches that the previous owners had. (True Customer Service) So it has special meaning to us and we want to share it with you.

What makes this property unique

Rim Village is the best place to stay in Moab. The quality and location of the property is phenomenal! We want to continue to make people feel at home while they stay in our Hideaway. We keep upgrading it every time we visit to the latest and greatest gadgets. If we don't have it, please suggest it. We want to give our guests the best experience while at our "Hideaway"
