Though when you venture out from this cozy cottage, you don't have far to walk or drive to find all the fun and adventure.

Please note that all bed linen is included as well as all bathroom towels. Tea towels are also provided.
This property is dog friendly. Please let us know if you plan to bring your fur baby on holiday with you as there is a $75 pet fee payable. Sorry no puppies under a year old.
Strictly no smoking. We would prefer that you do not book this property if you or anyone staying with you is a smoker.

The Neighborhood:
The local IGA is a short 250m walk across the road, very convenient and easy to stock up on all of your favourite holiday foods and snacks.

The famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island is only a 10 minute, 900 metre walk down to the Victor Harbor Esplanade. With many attractions and sight-seeing adventures once you reach the tourist epicentre. You will find everything in between that walk.....pubs, cafes, bottle shops, boutiques and bakeries.

You could walk or hire a bike and head over to hike the magnificent Bluff and take in the glorious sites of the Fleurieu Peninsula. And if you are a keen gym goer, the 24 hour Anytime Fitness in directly opposite this charming cottage.

Nice little place

House was lovely, small but had everything we needed. Good location and close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Dog was happy there with plenty of shelter. Would definitely stay again.

Short break

This home was beautiful and exactly what my wife and I required for our short stay. House was easily accessible and a short walk to all amenities required. Our little fur baby loved it as it was within close proximity of the beach and plenty of parks and open space. The communication from the property manager was outstanding and we will have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends, even strangers met while away as my wife did.

Excellent stay

Everything we needed in this very clean cottage was provided. Appreciated the welcome basket and felt very much at home. Our dog Molly enjoyed her stay too. Close proximity to everything that Victor Harbor has to offer. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay.
