Located in the new residential area of Playa del Carmen, our Casa is at 800m (0.5 miles) from the federal road which divides Playacar from Centro Maya with all the facilities close. The Superior apartment is new and nicely decorated, fully furnished, luminous and comfortable. There is a transformable couch for an extra guest. The Master bedroom is A/C with a kingsize bed, cable tv flat screen, safety box, closet, 2 nightstands. The bathroom comprises a shower, privy, a sink and shelves. The kitchenette is complete: fridge, stove, sink, kitchenware and coffee maker. A bar and 2 footstools divide the kitchen from the living room whith a table and 4 chairs also 2 sofas with a flat screen cable tv and A/C. WiFi is personalized with a password of your own. On the balcony with pool view there is a table and 2 chairs. If you need an iron or a hairdryer just ask the reception to get it.
On the common areas you’ll find an elevator, the pool with deck chairs, a vending machine and the front desk available all day long with a night watchman. Housekeeping is every 2 days.
It is a very clean and hygienic place where you feel welcome by the smiling and helpful staff in a safe and green calm neighborhood.

Don’t forget the gourmet international and national restaurants and the fun at night with Coco Bongo discotheque and show.
Outside we’ll be glad to help you with your excursions to go swimming in the ocean, the lagoons and the unique Cenotes of fresh water surrounded by the jungle. Close by like 10mn, you can enjoy the parks of Xcaret, Xplore, Xenses, Rio Secreto caves. At 45mn Xel Ha is the paradise of snorkeling. Of course we recommend you to discover the Mayan culture at Tulum and Coba, Chichén Itzá and Ek Balam or Valladolid. The list of activities around is very large.
