Ideal spot in Waterville Valley at this 2-bedroom vacation condo sleeping 4 adults or families of 6!   Being pet-friendly with owner's approval and an additional fee, allows you to bring your best furry friend!  This vacation Condo comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, living area and deck, dining area and breakfast bar.  There is a half bath on main level and the 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath.

This Vacation Condo is close to the free shuttle pick up to Waterville Ski Resort.  During winter, enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross-country trails for skate and classic skiing.  Sleigh rides in the Town Square and Dog Sled events!  Plenty of snowshoeing around the valley as well.  For Summer enjoy the 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, hiking and walking for all abilities!  Relax at Corcoran's Pond where there is swimming and boat rentals.  Catch some trout in the Mad River. Bike and In-line skate rentals available at the Town Square.  You can also walk to the shared pool right from your Windsor Hill Condo!

Enjoy the year-round shopping and dining at the Town Square, special events with live music and fireworks!  Recreation Department offers Ice Cream Socials, Bingo Night, Open Gym, Basketball and Climbing Wall.  Check out their weekly events calendar for activities for all ages!

Access to White Mountain Athletic Club with Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Saunas, Hot Tub, Indoor Tennis, Cardio Room.  Guest Fees apply.

Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee.  A full-size sheet will be provided to put on couch. No cats.

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The set up is perfect for families with children. The only drawback was how slippery the outside are was. I recognize that it is very difficult to clear all snow and ice from steps, walkways and the parking area but walking around the property was difficult at times. The All Mountain Rentals team was/is very knowledgeable about the area and what there is to do. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist in any way they can.

Our long weekend was great.

Our long weekend was great. The house came with almost everything you need. It did not have AC which is normally fine in the white mountains, but we had two very warm days. The house did have lots of fans, which was very helpful. Otherwise the stay was great, house is exactly as it is advertised. Team was very responsive and helpful. Made the stay very easy.

I loved the condo and the area.

I loved the condo and the area. The only one little thing was that there was a Keurig and I brought a bag of coffee - so I couldn't make coffee. I tried to learn about the coffee maker but info was not available. The electrical outlet next to dining table - on the big wall - was loose and I think not grounded. Lights flashed and there was a slight smoky smell in bathroom - from the fan and I think it was related to this electrical outlet. I reported it to Connor. Also there were strong paint or cleaning fumes in the bedroom with the bunk beds - not sure what it was but I couldn't sleep in there. But this was minor and I was very happy there. Very nice and helpful !

Disappointed

We have stayed at lots of ski rentals and this was certainly one of the most disappointing. The TV and fireplace did not work and there were no instructions on how to fix them. After calling the property manager numerous times over a couple of hours, we finally got them to respond (despite the paper saying 10 min max response time). No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. No coffee. Extremely minimal and most definitely not worthy of the amount we paid for two nights (including all the fees which doubled the rate).

We were very happy with the accommodations. It was the perfect size for our group of six and we were thrilled to be able to bring our two dogs with us for the weekend. The property was centrally located, close to everything that we wanted to do while at Waterville Valley. We look forward to coming back again.
