Beautiful winterized cottage on the Bay on Cousins Island , Yarmouth, Maine
Year round cottage with stunning bay views of Casco Bay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Cousins Island has a causeway to the Island and is close to Portland and Freeport. Beautiful new deck with many windows facing the bay year round from many rooms. Propane heat, propane gas fired stove in living room, cable and internet. A must see!!
What I love about this home?
Year round Maine cottage rental with a beautiful bay views with sunrises and sunset glow with brand new wrap around deck and newly renovated. Views of lobster boats, sail boats, kayaks(available for use) and up the road from the Chebeague Island ferry. A great location for family visiting Yarmouth, Portland and Freeport for a few months.
Close to incredible restaurants in Yarmouth, Portland and Freeport Maine.
Wonderful quaint New England neighborhood.
Serene scenic views of Casco Bay. Great for family visitors, artists and for a coastal retreat!
