****The pool is currently closed due to damage from Hurricane Ian and Nicole**** the ramp to the beach was also damaged, but there are stairs that allow you to the beach*****
Watch the Morning Sunrise from the World Famous Daytona beach. Listen to the relaxing ocean waves from your balcony. Located on the Second Floor. We have a Full Kitchen with Granite Counters. Spend all day lounging poolside and have access via a wooden ramp directly to the beach. You can rent boats along the Halifax River, go paddle boating, go on dolphin and manatee tours, visit Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach Boardwalk all just minutes away! Visit some great restaurants and bars too!

Opus condo

Overall the condo was good. Clean. Bed sheets were too small and the screen door was ripped. You could not leave just the screen door open.

Needs new sheets, towels, pots

While condo was nice and big and in a good location the sheet and mattress pad were too small for the thick comfy mattress in master bedroom. I didnt like having to remake the bed every night on vacation. One mattress has a nasty yellow stain that we didn't notice until we were checking out. The skillets had no more nonstick left on them. I'm also not sure the last time the floors were mopped. 20 minutes after getting out the shower my bare feet were incredibly dirty. No reflection on this condo but another group of friends rented one on the first floor and had to leave because of the bugs. I attributed to the construction in the pool area. They refused to sleep there.

Comfortable coastal convenience

Our family of 7 kids (+2 cousins!) were able to enjoy fun in the sun with easy walks to the beach (shoes optional), the pool, and never tire from carrying gear. Being on the 2nd floor sped up the route to the fun by bypassing the elevator. Loved it!!!

This property was very nice and very clean when we arrived! The property manger was wonderful as well and we were able to book another day while we were there! Loved the location right on the beach! Pool was nice as well! It is close to everything! Would definitely book again!

Great location. Very close to the board walk but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Rental was well maintained and check in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place/location

Great place to stay. Condo is more quiet beach/less crowded. Condo building needs more pool chairs/loungers. I wish check in time wasn't so late in the day. Would def stay here again :)
