This luxury two-bedroom 2.5 bath, 1200 sq ft. house is literally a few feet from the lapping water of Provincetown harbor. Its stunning location is one of the most unique properties in town with amazing water views from every room. Early birds can watch the sun rise while enjoying coffee in bed. Step right onto the beach from your private deck or sit in the deck chairs and enjoy a glass of wine. Located in the East End, you are only a five-minute walk to the Art Gallery District.
This beautiful home has every accommodation you need for a comfortable and memorable stay, including central air-conditioning, a beautifully furnished living room perched on the edge of the beach, a new well-appointed kitchen, a large dining room that seats six guests, and beautifully designed lighting throughout the house. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, located in the middle of the ground floor living area and includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, pop-up exhaust vent, microwave, toaster/oven, fridge, coffeemaker, dishwasher, and a beautiful large granite counter with stools for you and your guests. There is also a new outside gas grill and al fresco dining table that overlooks the beach and stunning vista.
The master bedroom with king size bed boasts direct views up the beach in both directions and opens directly to a private sunning deck where you can watch boats come and go from the harbor. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, built in desk and private bath with walk-in shower. The master bath has a double size shower with two shower heads. Both baths are beautifully designed with white Carrara marble and raised vessel sinks.

The unit does not have a dedicated parking space, but there is ample paid street parking right in front of the complex. Parking is $2. per hour, 9AM to midnight. A limited amount of free parking is located on BradfordStreet, one block away. Parking is paid by downloading the “Passport” parking app.
Neighborhood:
The East End is known for its broad water vistas, expansive beaches at low tide, charming architecture, lush gardens and of course, the art galleries. You are close enough to walk, bike or pedi-cab into town, but just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings and avoid the tourist traffic. There are two gourmet deli/markets, restaurants, galleries, the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, and the Provincetown Theater within blocks of the house.
NOTE: Street cleaning - You MUST move your car off Commercial street and to alternative parking available one block away on Bradford by 9:00AM every Tuesday. If you forget, it WILL be ticketed and towed. You can park again on Commercial St as soon as the street sweeper passes (usually by 9:30).
Linens and towels are included. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our complex.
Provincetown is known as a walking or biking town, but you can also drive and park in one of many public or private lots in town. There are several bike rental shops in town. Pedi-cabs are another popular way to get around town and can be hailed on the street. Taxis and pedicabs are readily available and charge a flat rate to any location.
