Beach House on 29 is a beautiful double-storey, 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home on the canal waterfront leading into the Maroochy River and out to Cotton Tree.
Fully self-contained, with linens provided, and starter packs of tea/coffee/sugar and toiletries, the home is made up as follows:
Bedroom 1 – QS bed & Ensuite Bedroom 2 - Single Bed (2) with Trundle Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed Bedroom 4 – Double Bed with Trundle
Private Lounge/Dining – for those evenings you want to relax and enjoy some TV/Netflix on our flatscreen TV in our cosy carpeted area.
Open-plan Kitchen/Living/Meals area – for the family to hangout together, eating, playing a board game, sharing a coffee while catching up on the morning news on the wall-mounted small-screen TV. Or cosy up beside the wood burning fire on those cool winter nights, with a glass of wine. (Please note: Firewood is NOT provided)
Outdoor living area – Outdoor dining setting and barbecue for those warm summer nights overlooking the water. Enjoy a drink on the deck overlooking the water, or take your drink and fishing line down on the jetty for a spot of fishing or to keep an eye on the kids playing on the sandy beach or dipping their toes in the water.

Fishing – The perfect spot for the keen fisherman to bring your own boat/tinny, and head out to the Maroochy River for some crabbing and fishing. Or head offshore to Old Woman Island or down to Mooloolaba. You may even see a whale at the right time of year.
Kayaks/SUPS – we have 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to use by heading out to Cotton Tree where the water sports in summer are so much fun, or head up the canal for a look!
Water sports (Skiing/Tubing/Wakeboarding) – bring your boat and your ski’s/tubes/wakeboards and head up the Maroochy River for hours of fun with the kids.
Bikes – bring your pushbikes and ride along the waterfront paths of the Maroochy River down to the Cotton Tree parks where you can enjoy a play in the park with the kids, or a fine lunch/dinner in the beautiful cafes overlooking Cotton Tree Beach.
Sunshine Plaza is within walking distance (or a short drive) if you’d like to go shopping, catch a movie, or enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants along the boardwalk overlooking the water.
Ocean Street, also walking distance, is the nightlife precinct of Maroochydore where you can enjoy a night out or catch one of their regular markets.
Beach – head down to the fully patrolled beach at Maroochydore or Alexandra Headlands or even Mooloolaba, and soak up some rays or catch a wave.
Sunshine Coast Airport is a short 12 minute drive away (8.5km). We are just over an hour from Brisbane Airport (105km).
