Cozy, two bedroom, one bath, in town get away! One bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Living room sofa has a queen, pull out bed with a modern inflatable mattress. All new linens. Internet/WIFI / Basic Cable/ Smart TVs and blow dryer. Full kitchen with dishes, pans, baking items, mixer, blender, utensils and plastic ware for outdoor dining. Also has new washer and dryer and ironing board/iron . Screened in, furnished, front porch. Gas grill and patio set for six. Large backyard with fire pit and S'mores basket. Beach canopy, Beach towels, beach chairs, bikes/ helmets and a rolling cooler. Very clean baby items: unisex stroller, Pack and Play and a high chair. Walking distance to downtown, the marina, the beach, restaurants, and all the amenities Charlevoix has to offer.Read our five star reviews!!! Our renters love our SUPER CLEAN, cozy little cottage with a great price! An entire house for half the price of a hotel! Located in a neat, quiet neighborhood. Why they chose this property

We moved to Charlevoix twenty two years ago. We love being surrounded by God's beauty. We have always wanted to purchase a small rental to allow others to experience everything Charlevoix has to offer. We just purchased a second rental directly behind this listing. Working on a remodel at this time!

What makes this property unique

Our renters seem to enjoy our proximity to town and the beach. They also love the backyard, bikes, grill, and fire pit. We manage our home and live in this town. We try to put a personal touch on our property by meeting each of our renters and being available to them during their stay.
