This home is large, spacious and fully equipped for your stay! It has 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This home is perfect for family and friends and it is also very close to the Village. Here you will enjoy the natural and picturesque beauty of your surroundings.
The space:
The upstairs features a large open living room along with an open kitchen and dining room. There is one bedroom and bathroom located on the top floor. The top floor also has a walk out patio with a gorgeous view of the lake.
Downstairs features two open bedrooms with lots of space, a full bathroom along with the master bedroom and master bath. The master bedroom is large with a sitting area and it has a beautiful view of the lake. The master bathroom is spectacular, large and has custom marble walls in the walk-in shower and bathtub. You will also find a small living room downstairs with a beautiful fireplace and access to the outside patio. At the back end of the home, you will find a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the full house.
Interaction with guests:
About an hour before your arrival please text us (number will be provided to confirmed reservations), so we can meet you. Upon your entry, on the kitchen counter, you will find a key to the house and a garage door remote. Before departing please be sure to return the house key and garage door remote on the counter or you can incur a $ 100.00 fee if the items are lost, destroyed or stolen.
Other things to note:
Please be sure to remove your trash. There is a fee of $10.00 per trash bags and $20 each trip. Take all trash and waste to 39690 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or 41974 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
We love pets but they must be approved. There is a two pet maximum. The first pet is $100 and the second is $75. Pets must be house trained. No pet waste left behind outdoors or there is a $25 fee.
If you are having your guests sign the Good Neighbor Policy electronically as part of your check-in process, you must include the following content verbatim. You also must be able to email or text a copy of this to a Compliance Officer when requested.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
