Pinon Lodge is a two story, five bedroom en-suite home located near Snow Summit and a short drive to the Village and local shopping centers. With a great location, ease of access and all basic amenities provided, this home is a great way to enjoy Big Bear with family and friends.

Upon entering the home you will find yourself in the family room area. With a comfy, oversized sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV and a wood burning fireplace, you can sit and relax in style in front of a warm fire and watch your favorite shows.

Directly off the family room is where the kitchen and dining room are located. The kitchen offers all basic amenities including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A standard coffee maker is provided. Grill on the propane barbecue or grab a seat on the adirondack chair located in the front patio area.

Down the hall from the family room area is the Master Bedroom En-uite offering a Queen bed and ample closet space. Upstairs you will find the remaining 5 Bedrooms En-suite with 2 Twin beds in each bedroom.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
