Beautiful Vacation Condo

This condo is beautiful. You have the street view from the walkway into the condo and a big back balcony looking out into the ocean. Contact with the property manager was easy, and we even got to meet her in person.

Great location with pier access to beach. Condo was not as clean as we would have liked for the money we spent on "cleaning services". Air filter in wall was filthy. Floor was covered in sand and dirt. Patio door is broken and comes off the track easily.

Whitney, we're glad you enjoyed the amazing location of this condo! We do apologize that the condo wasn't guest-ready upon your arrival. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners, and although they were able to complete the cleaning shortly after your check-in, we can assure guests this was an isolated incident. The homeowner informed us that they had personally changed the filter a week before your stay, but we're sorry if it was still unsatisfactory to you. The owner has replaced the screen door and confirms it works correctly. As evidenced in past reviews, we're more than confident this condo will continue to host many satisfied guests! The condo was okay. Needs some upgrades for sure, especially the flooring in the main living area. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided but luckily we brought our own. The noise from upstairs made the stay exhausting and it went on until well after midnight every night.

Overall a great stay!

Everything was great except a couple of things. The water in the condo is not the greatest, even at max temperature you’re taking a moderately warm bath or shower in yellowish water. The pool was also disappointing, it’s much smaller than it appears in photos and the water was hot and disgusting, lots of bugs and hair in the pool. There are also no lounge chairs. The location is great and convenient, the boardwalk is a quick walk down the beach. If you’re not a pool or bath person this is a great place for you!

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was very roomy and was the perfect size for me, my husband, our daughter, and our two friends with their daughter! The walk to the beach is one of the shortest I've had even staying at single unit places. We also enjoyed the private parking under the condo. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice location and place. The only complaint i have is the floors. They were very dirty. Our feet were black and you could feel the grime on the floors. Other than that everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Very satisfied with this unit and location! Communication with the Manager in advance of our stay was very good, and she honored our request to come a little early. Check-in was easy. The unit was clean and bath towels were individually wrapped. AC was fine and no issues with hot/cold water. TV was easy to use and the WiFi was good. We paid a premium for this unit, compare to other comparables, but no regrets as it was beach front and a first-level unit. Easy access and parking. Kitchen utensils were well stocked. My only 'criticism' on this unit is that it claims to accomodate 7 people. It does have a queen and 2 twin-sized beds, and a pull out....but this would be a very tight fit for 7 persons. I would say it accomodates 5 max. Would definitely stay there again!
