Your Beach Home Away from Home!

Wake up every morning to beautiful beach sunrises at your own upscale cottage located right on the "miracle mile". From the front door, you are just steps away from the beach and a 15-minute drive to the sites of the oldest city in America.

THE SPACE:
If you're looking to be surrounded by vacationers out to party loud until late at night then you keep looking! But if you're looking for the perfect location in a quiet, safe and clean place then you found it. You'll see when you get here, there is no other place like it on St. Augustine Beach. It's a small neighborhood where everyone has their own beach cottage. About half are lived in year-round by retirees that really take good care of the neighborhood and its guests. When your done soaking in the sun with an ocean breeze on your face, jump in the pool to cool off, then relax in your very own beach house!

Just about everything inside and outside of our cottage is put together in an upscale/beachy/craftsman/cottage kind of way. Upgraded in 2018, with attention to the details to make it very comfortable for you to live in for a week or month or more (you will never want to leave). There is a lot of beach supplies in the outdoor closet so you don't need to bring much with you. Nice bath towels and linens. Nice washer and dryer. TV in every room with cable and internet, full kitchen, nice grill on the porch. The best part.... the house is located in the back of the neighborhood, almost no passing cars and just 200 feet from the private walkway to the beach.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Your neighbors on both sides of the house and across the street are retired and live there year-round. Which is great news for you! They are very nice folks and will be very welcoming to you. Please, no loud music or loud conversations on the back porch after 10 pm.

GETTING AROUND:
You're on what the locals call the "miracle mile". Lots of great restaurants, shopping, Grocery store, Gas station, beach equipment rentals, fishing, Alligator Farm, Anastasia State Park, and other great places to visit are only a couple of minutes away. Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away.

Perfect stay

This was just a gorgeous house, perfect location, easy walk to the beach! The house was very well stocked and so pretty. The laundry in the kitchen was awesome! We loved the back porch as well. Excellent place to stay.

Beach Getaway

Our week in St. Augustine at this rental was just what we needed. Heather was fantastic about communicating, everything we needed was right there, and the beach was literally 200 steps from the house. We will definitely be going back! Home away from home

We loved everything about this location! It's only like a two minute walk and your feet are in the ocean. The house was super clean and makes you feel like you are at home. We have came to this neighborhood 3 years in a roll, and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Beach cottage in St Augustine

We loved our stay in this cute beach cottage in St. Augustine. Location was perfect close to lots of shopping, great restaurants and local attractions. Its so nicely decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed. So close to the beach we could walk over to the beach in a couple of minutes. We enjoyed walking the beach and looking for sea shells every morning. This cottage was perfect in every way for our week we would love to go back for another visit. Host was great and answered all our questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

FALL FAMILY VACATION

This was the perfect place for my family of 5. The beach was within walking distance, so we went every morning or evening. Old Saint Augustine was within a short driving distance allowing us to visit and sight-see a few times during our visit. The property was clean, fully furnished, and well stocked. We would definitely like to visit here again.

Beach house LOVE

This beach house is ADORABLE, true to photos, perfectly outfitted, and very clean! I walked to the beach with my coffee mug each morning-so close! Heather was the perfect host-always available, but no helicopter hosting. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely great place!

This was absolutely a great little place! This is the perfect location, secluded and quiet, with quick access to everything you need and want. We have been going to places like Destin and Orange Beach, but the crowds are just terrible. This is a great change and this will be our beach and location of choice now. Loved this cottage, clean and stocked well. Great comminucation with owner. Defintely recommend this place!

Beach Getaway

The property was very clean and well appointed. Just a few steps from the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool was a nice cool down spot from the long days at the beach. Heather was very responsive and offered great recommendations for the area. We will definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this cute little house and adorable community. Easy beach access and a delightful warm saltwater pool. We had just the wonderful easygoing week we were looking for, the house is fully stocked with everything you need. We even completed a couple of the puzzles!
