The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. Furnished with relaxation in mind, West 505 is perfect for your family's next Destin vacation!

West 505 offers a tropical feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. A laundry room is just off the kitchen complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We loved staying here! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect location! Our view from the Balcony was breath taking. The Beach was clean and the Beach Service was A BONUS! Parking was plentiful and the elevator was FAST EVERY TIME! We would most definitely book this Condo again!

Perfect Condo on the Beach!!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It is located at a red light so getting in and out was so much easier. It had two bedrooms, which both had ocean views. It is on the 5th floor, within steps of the elevator. The balcony was large overlooking a grassy area with palm trees directly below, pools to the left and the beach right in front. Beautiful!! Both bathrooms had really large countertops which I loved. The parking was in a garage with assigned parking. This helped tremendously since it was so hot outside. I would definitely recommend this place! This will be our FIRST CHOICE place from now on!!!

Nice but overpriced

I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. We had 6 adults on our trip and everyone complained about the beds as well as the living room furniture not being comfortable at all. Everything else was great, and the view was spectacular.

Family Emerald Coast Vacation

First time to Destin… beautiful property at perfect height to view the memorizing Emerald Coast. Specious rooms & views for all. Kitchen was stocked for all cooking, nice grills outside were a plus. It was perfect size and comfortable for just the four of us. The balcony was a bonus.

Exactly as the pictures show

Sometimes you arrive and the condo doesn't look like the pictures. This condo is better than the pics. Very spacious and high end furnishings. Condo is fully stocked with all our needs. Dishes and appliances were perfect - not cheap/cheesy/IKEA. Very comfortable, awesome view. Beach staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt very safe at this resort. Check in/Check out simple. Didn't need to talk to or call anybody for instructions. Thoroughly enjoyed our family spring break here in Destin FL. Thx.

Great location in the heart of Destin. Easy access to location with stop light at entrance to Silver Beach Towers. Good Security measures in place to allow only those staying on property access to the property. Covered parking another nice touch. Condo was clean and offered all the kitchen amenities necessary. Great views of the Gulf and the 2 pools were large and easily accessible. Offered tennis courts which we did not use. (Consider adding basketball hoops on the tennis court or another location out front for kids.) Close to Wal-mart and various restaurants. Overall very nice stay and we look forward to going back again.
