The open layout - 5000 square foot - floor plan makes this Villa the perfect getaway for large family outings, company retreats or a group of friends getting out of the city.
With seven bedrooms and 11 comfortable queen size beds, it's a spacious setting for making connections and memories

The newly renovated first floor consists of a 1000 Sq. Ft. game room including a pool table, foosball table, a fire burning stove and 50” flat screen TV and a gorgeous kitchen with 16 foot ceilings and other features. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor.

The Second Floor has another large 700 sq ft living space with a large balcony, a 65” Smart TV, a full library with a card table + other games. There are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this floor. 2 bathrooms are en suite.

Outside we have a large patio with a brand new Napoleon Gas Grill, a custom made 10' table, and an indoor heated pool that is 36’ foot long 9 foot deep (on deep end) inside a gorgeous, newly built enclosure with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows. Newly added sauna is in this structure as well.

Great family house

Great stay for large group. Plenty of room and bedrooms. Really large kitchen and plenty of room to gather and cook. Two TV sitting area was very convenient for everyone. Outdoor patio with grill sat everyone comfortably and the indoor pool was a fantastic bonus. Tina and Boris were great hosts and communicated well during the whole process. Would recommend it to everyone.

Awesome trip !

Just got back from an awesome stay at this house. The property is huge, very clean and in an awesome location. About a 5 minute drive to Shawnee mountain and with a lot of places to eat nearby. The main road has plenty of fast food restaurants, supermarkets and any other stores you might need on tour stay there. We had such a great time we are already booking for the summer time.

A perfect family getaway

Me and my large family had a wonderful stay. House is spacious, was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you will need to have a great time. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub was a hit as well. I cook a lot and the large kitchen was just perfect. What great place to cook and well equipped as well. Overall we really enjoyed stain there, the host was super responsive and made our stay even better. Definitely coming back next summer!!!

Great Vacation House

Our whole family (16 of us plus one baby) stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate our 50th anniversary. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of games and activities, and best of all: the pool. Every afternoon was spent in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the lovely huge kitchen and large eating areas, both inside and outside. There are also plenty of day trips to take and wonderful restaurants. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with.
