About this property

2 blocks to the beach, easy walk! Pet friendly, pool, quiet and safe for kids!

Recently upgraded 2 story home is tucked away in the secluded, quiet (only 10 homes) community of Miramar Palms. There is a large, covered front porch, sun balcony, private backyard, garage and all 2 blocks or a 5 min walk to the beach!

Relaxing beach theme throughout the home with tile flooring downstairs including the spacious Master bedroom with king sized bed, plenty of storage, large, walk in closet and the beautifully finished Master bathroom has double vanities, a large walk in shower and separate oversized jacuzzi tub. A desk is provided should you have to attend to a little business between visits to the beach – high speed internet is included.

Upstairs, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large walk in closet and access to the sun balcony (perfect little suntrap!). Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed with large closet.
Shared, spacious bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach should you tire of eating out at the numerous restaurants in the area. It is equipped with Keurig and filter coffee makers, toaster, slow cooker, tea kettle, blender and air fryer.

The dining table has seating for 6 with 2 additional bar stools and the living room has space for everybody to enjoy a movie or watch TV. A selection of games and DVD’s are provided for a fun evening with family and friends. New smart Roku TV's so easy to stream all your favorite shows.

The fully fenced, private back yard is perfect for a day at home. Patio furniture provided and there is an outdoor shower. Just a few steps to the neighborhood pool with plenty of seating for everybody – it is rarely busy.

Only 2 blocks to the beautiful beach with it’s white sands and clear blue/green sea – either take a short, 5 min walk or a 5 min drive to Pompano Joes restaurant where there is large public parking lot and beach access with rest rooms and showers to wash off the sand before you leave. We have also provided beach chairs, a beach cart and an umbrella for your use.

A full sized washer and dryer are also provided to freshen those beach towels after your day enjoying the sand and sea.

Perfect for a relaxing couples vacation or for families, this small community of just 10 homes on its palm tree lined private street will welcome you and have you in the mood to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive!

The front porch is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the birds or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Children can play safely whilst you keep an eye on them in this quiet cul de sac setting.

Several restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance and there are plenty of shopping opportunities should you tire of the beach! A short drive will take you to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Plaza and Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. All offer endless shopping opportunities, dining to suit everyone’s taste and activities and events for all to enjoy – there is always something to do - or just relax and enjoy your vacation!

Great stay for quiet elderly beach lovers

A quiet property (relatively speaking during spring break season in Destin!) that we enjoyed very much. The house was quiet, and we felt at home.Neighborhood was friendly, but not overly so!The walk to the beach was pleasant, and we found no problems carrying chairs with us.The area was nice, we visited a couple state parks that were stellar, and enjoyed the Destin boardwalk.Overall a restful week, which is what we hopped for!

Great vacation, great location!

I really can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The quaint location of this rental made it feel like we were in our own little resort area. Two blocks from the beach and a great restaurant made it easy to enjoy whenever we wanted, and the pool was always available and rarely had more than one family using it! The rental gave us the space we needed and the ability to bring our small dog which was so important. We will definitely stay again!

Originally from England,, we moved to Texas in 1999 and were looking for a perfect beach vacation - we found it in Miramar Beach! The white sandy beaches, blue skies and beautiful sea were more than we could have hoped for. There is so much to do with shopping, great restaurants and pretty towns to visit. Lots of golfing opportunities, bicycle paths on the beach front and family activities to enjoy - we find something new every time we visit - we have been back every year since we found it!

Why they chose this property

We decided to look for a place we could call our second home - we found it in Miramar Palms. It has everything we wanted, peaceful, relaxing and above all, it feels like home - we hope you feel as relaxed and comfortable as we do during your stay. A small, secluded neighborhood with its palm tree lined private street of just 10 homes, we are able to switch off from daily life and truly relax and enjoy our vacation - we hope you do too.

What makes this property unique

Close to the beach, golf courses, shopping and restaurants - we have everything we need to enjoy our vacation and all the comforts of home. Breakfast on the front porch, a glass of wine on the balcony, a dip in the pool and an evening walk to watch the sunset on the beach - perfect!
