A spacious 2nd floor air conditioned sun room along with a sundeck provide added enjoyment to your island experience. The sun room offers sleeping arrangements for one person with a day bed. The first floor has a covered porch which is perfect for grilling and enjoying meals! (There is a right side screen porch for your enjoyment too!
Sandtrap offers two upstairs living rooms on each side of the home. The living rooms connect and they both have exterior entrances. This large home and layout is perfect for multiple couples, a ladies gathering, or a large and extended family!
Our new and fully stocked kitchen offers all the amenities of home that would delight a gourmet cook. All new appliances and a basic supply of spices and condiments are provided. The table in the kitchen seats 4 and is perfect for a snack or breakfast. The large sun room located off the kitchen seats 10 for dining.
You have four bedrooms, (all king beds), and 2 baths downstairs that sleep 9, along with a full bath in each living room upstairs where the 2 kitchens and main living areas are located. The split bedroom plan offers both privacy and is quiet.
Enjoy the extra large private hot/cold outdoor shower, park style charcoal grill, and a new fish cleaning sink & table located downstairs. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer located upstairs too! Plenty of parking for your boat and cars.

NEW AMENITY: Brand new SIX-person Club Car gas-powered GOLF CART is available for 7 night stays, (or longer), at an additional charge of $500.00 for 7 nights. In your VRBO inquiry or VRBO communication, please let us know if you'd like to reserve the golf cart. We will then add the fee and send you a separate $500.00 payment request. At least a 7 day advance notice for reserving the golf cart is required.
COUNTY GOLF CART REGS: Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license in order to drive a golf cart. No driving on Gulf Beach Drive and Franklin Boulevard, (although you can cross them), and no driving on the paved bike path that is parallel to Gulf Beach Drive.

Sorry no group gatherings allowed, even for day use, beyond the maximum occupancy of 9 people.

5 night minimum stay requirement except during the peak Summer High season which has a Saturday to Saturday 7 night minimum stay requirement.
50% initial deposit due with reservation confirmation w/ the final 50% by 30 days prior to arrival.
*We cater to family groups and cannot accept reservations for vacationing students or house parties. We do not rent to students or to groups under 25, even if one or more parents or legally responsible adults accompany them.
If you need to cancel, we will provide a full refund 60 days or more prior to arrival. No refund within 60 days. Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended because you never know what unexpected life event could occur.
$200.00 cleaning/linens/bath towels fee
Up to a $300 damage option will be automatically charged to your credit card within 14 days of check out if any damage occurs, including damage to the golf cart if you rent it.
