100 Steps to the Gulf -Soaring Ceilings, Beams, Contemp, Free Lighthouse Passes

Located on a barrier island off the coast of Florida with great Gulf Views. Directly, fronting on the island's paved bike path, it has its own adjacent beach access easement as well. Just 100 steps from the Gulf. Take your pet walking on the beach and bicycle path.

The home is located on the south side of the road at 932 East Gulf Beach Drive.

This furnished home features include a washer and dryer; phone; 2 SMART TVs and large sundeck. Complete kitchen with an electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a shower, fish cleaning station and grill.

Our home has been completely repainted in August 2018. All new interior, 8 solid core doors, along with a new deck and new railings were installed in December 2017. New vinyl plank floor coverings were installed throughout the home in June 2017.

Free High Speed Cable WIFI ready - bring your laptop to surf the web, to stream your favorite movies- TV shows and to check your emails.

Free admission to the St George Light House is provided as a Welcome Gift for each guest.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave the Air conditioner on

Place key in the lock box and close. You may have to re-under the key number code 1273 to close the lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Second time staying at this house. It was very clean and well stocked. Host reached out at the start of the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The short walk to the beach made for a fun week and we hope to stay here again.

This is the most amazing beach house! Cute outside and beautiful inside. Our favorite things were the short private walk to the beach and the deck. The hosts were so friendly and great communicators! Would love to come back again…many times! Absolutely what we were looking for!

The home was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was perfect, and we made so many great memories together. Every member of our family - from the youngest to the oldest - enjoyed every minute of our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was outstanding - friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. For the price, this was a fantastic place to stay! We were looking for an affordable place for our family of 6 and a set of grandparents to stay. This was an excellent fit for us for value. The house was clean, just large enough for our party (kids ages 2-8), had easy access the beach, and was conducive to a fun stay. We appreciated having the beach cart available for use and did not mind the 2-3 min walk to the beach. Would book this place again for a future trip.

cons:-mold in all parts of the bathrooms-majority of outlets are lose (the boxes and the plugs)-food from previous tenants left in cabinets-UNCOMFORTABLE FURNITURE (my wife brought in a sun chair from the porch to lay on)-kitchen seemed bigger in the pictures pros:-water hose/shower for clean up after a day on the beach-nice wrap around porch-easy walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay overall because the location was hard to beat. The beach access was incredibly convenient, especially with three kids, and having the complimentary umbrellas and chairs available was a huge bonus. It was also very close to the town area, making it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and everything else we wanted to do.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the house did not meet our expectations. The bathrooms appeared to have mold and could definitely use a thorough deep cleaning. The home also needs some updating, even with smaller details like the shower curtains and liners.We also had a few maintenance issues. One of the stove burners wasn’t working, and after reading previous reviews, we saw this had been reported months before our stay but still hadn’t been repaired. The refrigerator also didn’t keep our food as cold as it should have.Overall, this property has a lot of potential because the location is excellent, but it would benefit from better cleaning, routine maintenance, and attention to the issues guests have already reported.
