Family Favorite

Fantastic! This property is perfect for our annual summer three generation gathering! The kitchen is fabulous for preparing meals at home and the outdoor area is spacious for a bay/beach property. Our evening meal conversations around the large patio table are truly a treasure. Each year our family says our stay here is our favorite week of the year!

San Diego June Gloom is Awesome when you have a Terrific Place to Stay

Our recent stay (June 2026) was the third time we have stayed at this property. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is roomy, comfortable, with easy access to the beach and bay in Mission Beach. The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The property manager, John, is available and responsive when there is an issue that needs to be addressed. My family has generational needs and this property was designed to accommodate those needs .. our party ranged from 10 to 86 years of age. We would recommend this property to others, we plan to return and stay in the near future.

The garage was stacked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, etc. The location could not be any better; short walk to the ocean beach or the bay beach. Restaurants and stores were all a short walk from the house. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. The nearby street was busy but relatively quiet at night.

Very clean and nicely upgraded place. Each floor had its own privacy which included bathroom, shower, and coffee. Definitely the best VRBO myself and my family has ever stayed. The owner was very welcoming and communicated in such a professional and friendly way. The top floor balcony views are amazing, I would stay here again.

This place was amazing, from the location down to the amenities. Just a short walk to either the bay or the beach. The host provided plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. The house itself was immaculate, roomy and had private areas. Perfect for our family of eight

5 Stars for the Property, Location, and Contact Person

The White House is our favorite place to stay in Pacific Beach. Its three floors and outdoor eating serves our three generation family vacation perfectly! We take advantage of the beach and the bay, plus the coffee and ice cream shops! The location is fabulous and the contact person is most attentive and helpful with questions. This was our third year at this property and we hope to return again next summer.

Great Beach Rental

We loved this property, 400 feet to the bayside and 800 feet to the beach. The house was well laid out for 2 families and was very well-appointed. We would absolutely rent here again!

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

My husband and I traveled with our four adult children and our three granddaughters, and this home was ideal in every way. Everyone had their own floor (and coffee machine!), the outdoor space was great for both adults and babies and the location was convenient to EVERYTHING! It was a gorgeous, well-appointed home, and I highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our trip. Fantastic location with the bay steps away, the ocean just across the street, and plenty of fun local food and drink spots within walking distance. The layout is perfect for a group with rooms on each floor, giving everyone their own space. Great communication with the host made check in and out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Perfect home, perfect location, perfect city for a 3 generation family trip!

We can't speak highly enough about this property - it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Incredibly clean, updated, and outfitted with all our group could ask for. Plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with comfortable furniture throughout. John, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The house was immaculate. Spotless, very, very clean. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The rooms are spacious. The location is perfect! Close to everything you need in the Mission Bat area San Diego.

Wouldn't Change A Thing!

Not only was this home perfected located, clean, and well-decorated, but it also provided all of the beach towels, chairs, and toys one could need! We stayed here for a girl's trip and it was perfect! John was super communicative and helpful and went out of his way to make our stay flawless. I can not recommend this property enough, stop looking and book here!
