A beautiful 3 bedroom home with East Beach views

Perfect for families, couples or friends this double story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse has magnificent views overlooking the well known East Beach Bay. Unwind in the comfy lounge with a family board game, enjoy the ambiance of the gas log fire or BBQ on the sheltered decking all while soaking in the views.

Malahide hosts an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area on the top level whilst the bedrooms, ensuite & bathroom are all on the lower level. Both the Queen bedrooms are ocean facing whilst the 3rd bedroom offers filtered views. This 3rd bedroom contains a double bed.

"Charlie's On East' Cafe is only a stones throw away for your kick start cup of coffee & our most famous East Beach Takeaway is just around the corner for the traditional beach holiday serving of Fish'n'Chips.

Within walking distance to the picturesque Moyne River, Lighthouse & the boutique shops & Cafes that Port Fairy has to offer, this property is certainly a delight.

Great view

Perfect spot to watch the sea and relax. Fire made it very cosy. Easy walk into town. Surf club was close by for coffees and easy lunch.

Great location

Good property in a great location, garage door didn’t work majority of the time and cleaners turned up at 9am whilst we were still in the property. As I said, great location, and the checkin process was easy.
