Situated in the quiet beachside enclave of Mt Coolum, this stunning contemporary vacation home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends and family.

So close to the beach, shops and cafes, plus providing easy access to the rest of the Sunshine Coast region, this is the perfect spot for a coastal break. Complete with five bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning and Wifi the beautiful interior is fresh and inviting, while the gourmet kitchen is spacious and fabulously equipped for entertaining family and friends. Guests can enjoy meals together indoors or under the covered alfresco space overlooking the sparkling swimming pool. With two living areas and two large TVs as well as upstairs balconies both front and rear, there are numerous places to relax and unwind during your stay. The owners have also thoughtfully provided a portable Bose Bluetooth speaker beneath the living room television.

Pet friendly on application (for a small fee), additional features of this home include off street parking, beach gear, coffee machine, a double lock up garage, full laundry with washing machine and dryer as well as a BBQ and upstairs retreat for the kids. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Guests are asked to smoke outdoors only at all times.

Perfect house for two families

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was well set up to accommodate two small families without feeling like you were on top of each other. The house was immaculate and we were very comfortable.

Chill out spot

This modern home was a very pleasant stay. The internet access once received passwords was fine. If it could be improved some instructions on how to access the electric oven and cable TV would save a lot of time. We use gas and don't have cable. So close to the beach made it a dream. Watch out for dogs on the beach though. I saw one kill a turkey! Not a nice thing to see.

Great holiday location

This property is truly a great property in a superb location. Well presented, clean property with more than adequate attributes, such as large spacious bedrooms and multiple living areas with a well decked out kitchen full of kitchen utensils and crockery to make the holiday great. So nice to go on holidays and not have to rush out and buy cooking/eating equipment. This is our second year at this property and we love it.
