This bright and sunny three bedroom single level apartment directly across the road from the sand and surf of Coolum beach is sure to provide lifelong memories for friends and family. Pheonix Apartments

This was our second stay at the Pheonix Apartments at Coolum. We had no hesitation returning as it has everything required for a holiday stay. The apartment is bright and airy. Three good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, a laundry with washing machine and dryer if required and a large open plan dining and lounge with wonderful ocean views from Noosa to Point Arkwright. The greatest asset is the proximity to the beach. Walk down the hill and youre at the patrolled beach, surf club and shopping and dining precinct. Booking is simple with the friendly staff at North Shore Realty.

Great Unit

The initial booking with North Shore R/E was hassle free. The unit is exactly what is in the photos, with great views of Coolum Beach. A walk of about 100 metres and your at the patrolled beach and also the shops/dining area. I normally try to find some type of fault or have hints for people who read these reviews but in this case I cant find any.
