Walters at Hyams was an absolute dream stay from start to finish.From the moment we walked in, the place smelt amazing and felt instantly welcoming. The apartment was meticulously clean — carpets, sofas, kitchen, fridge, oven, floors, and wardrobes were all spotless. The rooms were cosy and perfectly sized for four people, making it incredibly comfortable without feeling cramped.The veranda was beautiful and such a lovely spot to sit and unwind. There was also a great parking spot, which made everything easy and stress-free.Service was exceptional. We met Rachel and Ben on the first day and they were so warm and welcoming, with genuinely lovely conversation and excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. To top it off, I accidentally left an item behind and they were more than happy to mail it back to me without any charge — such kindness and integrity is rare.The location is unbeatable — right at Hyams Beach with private beach access just a 2-minute walk away. We honestly didn’t want to leave. An exceptional stay in every way. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Amazing place and location!

We had such a wonderful time at Walters Holiday Flats. Such a lovely and peaceful place. Everything was so clean and tidy, and having private beach access (1min walk to the amazing Hyams beach) was a highlight. Our host was exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful owners, communication was exceptional and we were greeted with a welcoming smile. The flat was spotless and smelled wonderful. We were treated to chocolates, wine & biscuits in our room! It was like staying with friends!

A very pleasant stay. Suggest addition of a colander in kitchen and a few more Nespresso serves. Last part of steps to the beach needs to be made less slippery.

Great spot to unwind and relax

Perfect spot to take a break. Accomodation was as described, clean and functional and best of all right next to Hyams beach. Great communication from the host. Will come back next summer!

Excellent place to relax

We're never disappointed staying here! Very clean and comfortable accommodation, beautiful location and excellent communication with the managers. Even though we didn't pick the best weather, the apartment was very comfortable and a great home away from home to relax. Lots of beautiful walks and places to visit not far from the apartment. And the Cafe next door was an added bonus 😊

Great location and lovely beach. Nice unit. Wish had known though not close to any restaurants as would have planned a grocery trip sooner. Also no AC which was fine because wasn’t too hot but was a surprise. Still great experience.

Lovely stay af Hyams Beach

We stayed at Walters Hyams Beach for 3 nights on our way home to Sydney from Canberra. Great decision after a long weekend to avoid the crowds. Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, overall place was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. Absolutely perfect location with a private access to Hyams Beach available to us, to an amazing white sand beach. Rachel was fantastic and available to answer any questions. Easy off-street parking is great (which would be a life saver especially in summer when the place explodes with tourists). Would stay here again for sure, thanks Rachel.
