Hyams Beach family holiday home

This is a peaceful eco studio apartment perched above the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters at Hyams Beach.
Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, bbq area, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV.
The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.

Hyams Beach Eco Cottage is solar powered, uses solar hot water and rainwater for the washing machine and toilet, doing its bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which it is set. For the more active guests you have access to the Scribbly Gum and White Sands walking tracks in beautiful Jervis Bay National Park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the wildlife with birds feeding on the deck and kangaroos visiting the property regularly. The Hyams Beach Cafe/Restaurant is a short walk away.
Guests have exclusive access to the studio and BBQ area. Off street parking is available at the top of the driveway.The steep driveway is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people with significant mobility issues. A free late check out may be available if there are no incoming tenants that day.

Perfect for couples getaway

My husband and I enjoyed 3 nights at Bill and Jenny’s place and it was perfect for us. The balcony gets sun nearly all day which was great in the cooler weather and it all has sea views. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything you needed for a few days stay. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.Just a note - the driveway is rather steep but you can park on the road.

Basic but clean and comfortable.Bed a little soft and bouncy for us.Surrounds and beaches are stunning.Birds aplenty with visits on the balcony.

Jarvis Bay quick break

Bill & Jenny’s place was well located and very comfortable for our few days at Hyam’s Beach. It is convenient to the beach and to some lovely bush walks, and a short drive to all the attractions of Jarvis Bay.

Wonderful weekend away

Beautiful property, great location and stunning views. Had a lovely weekend away exploring Jervis Bay, and staying at the gorgeous Hyams Beach. Even though the property is at the front of Bill and Jenny’s home, you have complete privacy, which is a nice thing to have. Will stay again and will recommend it to friends.

Perfect location

We loved this place for our Winter stay with its gorgeous north facing balcony. We walked the beaches and also enjoyed the bush walks all within 5 minutes from the property. We had a fabulous whale watching trip from nearby Huskisson too. The property was wonderfully cosy, quiet and clean - perfect for a couple wanting a relaxed few days away.

Amazing views, comfortable stay

We loved the accommodation and an amazing location. Everything was great, only limitation was Wi-Fi at some times restricting being able to watch TV, otherwise a perfect stay. We especially loved the views and closeness to Chinamans Beach. It was great to be able to cook using the kitchenette and wash clothes in the washing machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot to stay for a couple, a steep driveway to be aware of but we had no probs with it. A good kitchen, bathroom and a washer too. Just wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! Lisa

Great little Cottage/Studio

The property is well located and well equipped for short stays. All appliances were working and of a good quality. The furniture was excellent and comfortable as was the supplied linen. Bill and Jenny are very thoughtful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Beautiful cottage

We really enjoyed our 10 days at this well appointed studio cottage. The owners were most helpful. The views across Jervis Bay were great.The native birds were very friendly and some came to eat the bird seed from our hands.Highly recommended.

Great spot! Reasonably well equipped kitchen but a couple of microwave proof small dishes would be handy. Very friendly, while unobtrusive hosts! The only criticism was the bed. I am used to a firm orthopaedic mattress.

The Beach House was such a delight. Easy to find and great comms with owners prior to arrival . The location - Hyams Beach - is world class. Beaches, forest, the hamlet itself. Superb walking and swimming. The House is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out. Comfy bed, elegant bathroom, well-appointed kitchenette. And all solar-powered. Total schmick!

Lovely outlook and accommodation space. No contact needed with owner who had their residence above the free standing rental 👍🏻. Toilet had stains on the seat. Grime around the cooktop nobs. Had a lovely weekend.

After we had booked and paid the Stays system did not let us communicate with the host - apparently it was listed as booked ???? The check in process didn't give us an address nor a phone number. What a pain.
