GreenView is fully appointed with new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay.
You won’t find a house in a better location. This one is located just minutes away from all the amazing cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a beautiful dinner and walk home to have a glass of wine on the large deck or in front of the wood fireplace.
Take a short drive down to the Margaret River Main Break and head to some of our amazing Margaret River wineries or just relax in the beautiful outdoor area of the property.
The Space -
GreenView is a beautiful, modern four bedroom home. There are 2 master bedrooms both with their own ensuite which is a great feature of this home.
Tastefully furnished the home is modern and playful with a great display of artwork and homely soft furnishings. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the entertaining zone & hub of the home, which opens out onto a large covered deck area. In the spacious & comfortable living area there is a wood fire for the cooler months and air-conditioning for the warmer days. The large open plan living area has a reading space overlooking the deck, which is an extension of the living room with BBQ and outdoor seating for 8. Down the hall is a powder room, the second master bedroom, queen bedroom and bunk room with TV and bean bags for the kids.

Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Edge of Forest Delight

Such a brilliant location for access to the bike trails and town. Log fire was a bonus to beat the winter chill. Very comfortable accommodation with two ensuites, which is perfect for two families. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely time staying at Greenview. It very comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 children with plenty of room! Close to town and has everything you need. Lots of thought has been put into the design of the home. Fireplace kept it warm at night. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as the cleaner left a dirty towel in the bathroom and we had to ask for a clothes line - apart from that, it was perfect!! Want to stay again for sure :)

Lovely House

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate an 80th birthday. Our visit was at the end of Spring/beginning Winter. The house itself is fantastic. Plenty room for us all (7 of us), and spare bunk beds for more kids. The online pictures make the house look really dark, and do not so the property justice. Log fire in the living room is wonderful. Location is close to the bars and restaurants (about 8-10 mins walk) but not feasible for us walking in the dark with two 80+ year olds. There is a distinct lack of towels (1 per person for 4 days). Although there is a washer (due to the time we visited, we could not put washing out), we had to have the log fire on for 2 full days to dry clothes. No dish/tea towels at all. Woke up on the last morning to no hot water. We did contact the property management company but they did not acknowledge our e-mail which was disappointing. Apart from the water and towel issue this was a great property to stay in. Would love to come again in Summer.

Great first impression that remains with you throughout the stay. Warm and inviting for shared family time, with plenty of space for quiet time when needed. So many thoughtful inclusions. Location was good, only a short walk in to town when no one wants to be the designated driver. Such a perfect stay.
