Thoughtfully designed and built from rammed earth, Banyandah combines modern comfort with sustainable living — naturally energy-efficient, carbon-positive, and full of warmth and charm.

- Dogs must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside).
- Please manage barking or digging to avoid disturbing neighbours.

Bedroom 1 with a king bed and bedrooms 2, 3, & 4 with two single beds each. Single beds can be pushed together to form king beds if preferred. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes — pets are allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot and highchair are available upon request, free of charge.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.

Onsite secure parking is available to guests.

All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ gas turned off after use.
