Beautiful condominium with views of the Catalina Mountains in Oro Valley. Located in a peaceful gated community with welcoming neighbors. Two large bedrooms make it a highly suitable option for two couples or a family. Perfect for a vacation home, group rental or golf aficionados. World class golf is just around the corner including The Golf Club at Vistoso, Hilton El Conquistador, The View Golf Club, and Stone Canyon Golf Club. Conveniently located near grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants and movie theater. There is a paved walking path near the property and access to the parks and bicycle paths of Rancho Vistoso. Large great room area and kitchen for evenings spent in, as well as stainless steel appliances including the refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer and attached 2 car garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and appliances, TV and DVD player in the living room, stereo, cable TV and wireless internet. The patio has comfortable outdoor seating including a table, chairs and umbrella in the shade, BBQ and mountain views. This property has a community clubhouse with planned events, 6 billiard tables, heated pool and lap pool, Jacuzzi, fully equipped fitness center, dining room, serving kitchen, playing cards area, library and conference room. close to busy road, needs a new bed in the guest room.

The backyard was noisy during the day, as it backed onto a busy road. There is a six foot wall, so that helped. At night it was quiet. Everything else was great, except the bed in the guest bedroom was extremely soft and should be replaced.

Truly Top Notch

We enjoyed our stay in this condo and community so much. We only wish we could stay in this place again next year for an even longer amount of time. The condo is much better in person than the photos portray. It is such a beautiful, peaceful place and very clean. Conveniently located across from the clubhouse made it easy for us to workout and enjoy the hot tub, pools, and billiard room. We also met many friendly people in the gated community who made us feel welcome. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

If you are looking for fabulous property in the Oro Valley this Townhome is it. The dwelling is squeaky clean, tastefully appointed, and conveniently located. Suzanne has put a great deal of thought and TLC into creating this near perfect VRBO offering. Vistoso Village is a well kept, delightful 55+ active retirement community.that was very welcoming to short term renters. The community center, spa & swimming pools, hiking trails and stunning landscaping make for a very comfortable home base for active seniors. We will return. Michael & Sue - Denver Colorado

Wonderful peaceful stay

I agree with the reviewers who said the condo has really lovely design, great location, amazingly friendly community that invited us to activities, and practically next to 2 huge pools you almost have to yourself. In July and August, allowing us to visit family easily at Splendido across the street. . What can I add? The owner was lovely and flexible accommodating a couple logistical changes we had to make. And we rode out a record-breaking heat wave comfortably w/ quiet, high-quality ceiling fans and solar shades in every room. Plus the A/C. Definitely a great find! Don't hesitate to book.

Great Stay - as always

We have stayed in this home 4 times now and booked for next year. Gated community close to hiking, biking, golf and close to Tucson. Home was clean and well kept. Owner has 4 homes in this development, all well taken care of. Property owners are easy to get in touch with and take care of any issues that may arise. Weather is outstanding during the winter. Would recommend this home and gated community for anyone 55+. Not anything to do for children in the gated community. They do have a pool plus a lap pool and a jacuzzi at the community center.

Beautiful Desert Oasis

This is a beautiful property! It is located in Oro Valley. The unit is right across from the heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well outfitted with dishes and pots and pans. The owners provided a generous supply of soaps and paper products to get us started. In addition to that, they had provided several spices, coffee and cooking oil. Nice touch because you do not want to have to buy all those for a brief stay somewhere. The owners were attentive from a distance (if that is possible). Though we never met them, they were always very responsive to our texts if a problem arose. We were wonderfully impressed by both the owner and VRBO when we left early because of the virus. They were very helpful and generous in refunding fees and part of the cost of the stay. The only problem we had was the bed in the second bedroom. It was very soft and uncomfortable. We asked if they had a plan to replace it in the next year because we would have loved to stay there again. We were told there was no plan for that. If you only need the master bedroom you will be fine. If you will be using both bedrooms just know that is a problem. It is hard to even write that because it is a great property.

Wish we could stay longer!

We felt very at home during our 2 month stay at this property. It has a well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, and comfortable beds. The community pool area is very clean and well appointed for enjoying Tucson winter days in the sunshine. The entire Village is well maintained and we enjoyed getting to know several of the residents. Thanks for making possible such a great experience in Vistoso Village, Guzmans.

Amazing adventure

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find the welcoming comfort and attention to detail including leaving soft lighting on in bedroom and family room. We both agree this is the best rental we've encountered in our six years renting and found Suzanne and Amado to be gracious and accommodating hosts. We had a few minor issues which were promptly dealt with and in fact, Suzanne followed up to insure issues were handled to our satisfaction. The house was impeccable and well supplied, updated major appliances and everything well maintained. The location was ideal with great mountain views and lots to do including hiking, golfing, shopping and sight seeing. We hope to return in the near future. Absolutely Lovley

The house is really lovely, it has everything you need and is very close to the community pool and club house. the other residents are really delightful people and we had some laughs when we met. I really really enjoyed my stay here and found the peace and relaxation I was looking for. I'd highly recommend this property and am looking forward to returning soon myself.

The property and the area beautiful!!!

My wife and I had an exceptionally wonderful three months. The property is impeccably maintained and the furnishings were lovely. Suzanne and Amado were very accommodating. I felt like we arrived as guests at the house and left as friends. My only regret was that the house was already rented for next year.
