You can't use a wood deck. (It's to prevent a noise leading to trouble to a neighborhood resident.)

If you aren't a Japanese nationality, I copy your passport. If you don't want to copy, when you check in, please write the passport number on a form.

The host must include the guest's name, address, occupation, and accommodation date in the guest list.

When you lost card key, I charge you 3000 yen.

When you smoked, I charge you a cleaning fee.

Free parking is behind the accommodation.

You can leave your baggage with me before check-in.

If you would like to check in early or late, please consult me.

A front door is auto lock. You can open by a card key. You have to press a button to unlock when going outside. Because a small child can't push the button , It's safe.

When you check in, a door isn't locked.

When it's check-in, please open a door and enter the inside. I'm waiting in the accommodations. After I explained accommodations, I'll hand 2 card keys to you.

I prepare many towel enough to stay for you.
There are 2 restrooms, 2 washrooms, 1 bathroom in the accommodation.

You can watch YouTube using a television. If you're a member of Netflix and other ones, it's possible to enjoy a movie.
