It is also just minutes from the Posner Park Shopping Mall that includes a multiscreen cinema complex and other stores and restaurants.

Our pretty two storey luxury town home offers guests both style and Comfort that is simply adorable. The undeniable quality of the interior and the spacious open plan design to the ground floor, will appeal to family groups vacationing together.

The Living Area has views to the pool area and with a corner seating unit and a Large Flat Screen Television, where you can unwind and enjoy a movie or a game together, the perfect antidote to a busy day in the Parks. It is also ideal for keeping an eye on the children while they are out on the pool/deck area.

The Kitchen is modern, high end and is fully equipped to cater for all your needs during your stay. It includes a breakfast bar and cosy stools, which is great for quick breakfasts or even enjoying a little company while preparing meals for everyone.

The Dining Area continues the beautiful elegance of this home and includes views to the pool area. This pretty area will be perfect for relaxing evenings to gather and catch up on the day and perhaps plan more visits to some of the amazing adventures that Disney has to offer.

LOFT AREA – This is a great addition to the home as if offers the opportunity for guests to enjoy a game of pool inside the home and has a seating area for the ‘supporters’ which is ideal for a family board game plus a large flat screen television.

The Outside of the property has the benefit of an oversized splash pool with a lovely aspect and is great if you want to relax and enjoy the wonderful Florida sunshine and read a book on a sun lounger while the children splash in the pool. There is a covered lanai with table and chairs where you can also sample the delights of outdoor dining.

The Bedrooms are beautiful, with the elegant calm theme that is the hallmark of this lovely home. They are luxurious and comfortable, making them the perfect haven to retreat to at the end of a busy day, or for a little quiet time to relax before joining the other guests for dinner. There is also a fabulous Disney’s “Toy Story” themed room that the children will be delighted with.

Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom (downstairs) with a bathroom next door that includes a separate shower and a single basin unit. This is a stunning room with a king bed and plenty of luxury touches, perfect to retire to after a busy day where you can watch a ball game or movie on the flat screen TV.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Bedroom (upstairs) has a New England’ calm interior which includes two single beds and a flat screen TV. The Luxurious interior is stunning and is designed to enhance the feeling of calm. There is a bathroom next door that consists of a bath with shower over and a single basin unit.

Bedroom 3 - A bunk Bedroom (upstairs) The bunk beds have a full bed on the bottom bunk and a single on the top bunk. This room is fabulous and will delight children as it is designed in a brilliant Toy Story theme, showing Woody and friends. This will be a dream come true room for children (and adults!) and make them feel a real part of the Disney experience. The room also has a flat screen television, so is a perfect little ‘den’ to escape to of an evening.

Bedroom 4 – King Suite (upstairs) This is another beautiful bedroom with an elegant interior and even a small seating unit for you to enjoy. It has a King bed and a flat screen television and has the benefit of having en-suite facilities of a separate shower and a double basin unit

Bedroom 5 – Queen Suite (upstairs) Again another beautifully furnished room with a luxury interior. There is a queen bed and a flat screen television and enjoys en-suite facilities of a separate shower and a single basin unit.

Resort Facilities:
*The resort facilities are operated by a third-party provider, and an Amenity Access Fee is required to use them.
This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation, for the entire stay - payable directly to the Clubhouse:
1–12 guests: $35
13+ guests: $45
If you choose not to use the clubhouse facilities, no fee is required.
Please note that access to these facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
Guests are also required to provide their own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
