ótimo ap no Leblon

ótimo ap no coração do Leblon. Localização perfeita, proximo a praia, ao lado da rua Dias Ferreia com ótimos bares e restaurantes, ao lado de bons supermercados e rua segura e movimentada. Para quem quer fazer refeições na rua, tem boas opções de cafe da manhã próximo. O apartamento é bom, limpo, organizado, com cozinha equipada para fazer as refeições. Internet boa e televisão com tv a cabo. o Locatário é muito atencioso e preocupado, sempre disponível para responder as mensagens e muito solicito. O prédio tem elevador, é seguro e tem um porteiro muito simpático. Com certeza é um apartamento que voltarei a alugar numa próxima ida ao Rio de Janeiro. Valeu a pena e superou nossas expectativas.
