About the host
Hosted by Anthony Fratianne
I'm a lawyer and real estate entrepreneur; started my career in Philadelphia and moved to Maine in 2009. No matter where I travel in the world, I'm happiest and most comfortable in my dear, quaint, and beautiful town of Norway, and I've dreamt of owning this locally well-known home for nearly a decade. In December, 2017, I made that a reality, and I'm delighted to share this special place with you.
I own a wedding venue with my family (Granite Ridge Estate & Barn, which is right up the road from this property), and I enjoy projects that support the development and preservation of Norway and the Oxford Hills. I hope you enjoy my special sanctuary as much as I do.

Why they chose this property
It's close to my family home (now a seasonal wedding business) and I've always admired the property and dreamt of living there. It has classic historic New England charm that's almost impossible to create with new construction, and is located on a particularly beautiful 20-acre lot. I love to cook, and the kitchen is spectacular with a professional grade cooking range, and hand-crafted custom cabinets, which I've filled with every top appliance I could think of.
What makes this property unique
Amazing kitchen; Sauna; Game Room with table vintage video games; Charming covered porch; New Hot Tub; Large working fire place; Historic reading room with original local art; vintage rare book collection; charmingly rustic barn; beautiful grounds with fruit trees and amish chairs and swings; small pond; located close to Downtown Norway as well as 3 ski resorts, and Norway Lake.
