Upstairs has an open plan kitchen with dining area flowing into the spacious, light-filled lounge complete with large screen TV and 3 glass sliding doors, providing access to the decks plus capturing the fabulous views. The BBQ is located in a sheltered position with a large dining table to enjoy the alfresco dining experience. The master king bedroom has an ensuite, and there is a further toilet and vanity.



Downstairs has a further living area with another large screen TV, and 5 more bedrooms. With one king bed, 2 with queen beds and the other 2 bedrooms with tri bunks (double on bottom, single on top) . There is a bathroom with separate bath and shower, toilet and vanity.



As the property is fully fenced, the adults can relax whilst the children play on the lush grass. Pets are welcome at the owners discretion. There are 2 split systems plus ceiling fans throughout, to provide year round comfort. WIFI is also provided.
