Condo Owners Association REQUIRES all adult occupants to complete a rental application through a 3rd party app, Tenant Evaluation, and a lease agreement with owner after VRBO acceptance. Stay cannot commence without CoA's approval. Condo is not pet friendly. Condo on 3rd level. No elevators in the complex. No pets.

MINIMUM stay is 30 DAYS per Condo Association regulations.

Rental Terms:
For April and subsequent months, add:
-VRBO Service Fee
- $375 Cleaning Fee
-Tenant Evaluation Application Fee paid by applicant ($150 per married couple or $150 each adult tenant)
-13% FL and County taxes collected by VRBO

For all stays:
-refundable security deposit of $1,200 (to be charged by VRBO, if damage claim made)
-penalties imposed by CoA to renter(s) breaking condo rules/policies

Require first and last months' rent for stays over 4 months. 1 month minimum stay. Condo Association requires a tenant application to be completed prior to occupancy.

There are no elevators in any of the buildings in the complex. Pets are not permitted.

Centrally located - 20 min/8 mi to beaches, to downtown St. Petersburg and to Tampa.
Dunkin Donuts and Subway just a 3 min walk outside the complex's gates
Clearwater Mall with Costco, Super Target, Lowes, Petsmart is 1.7 miles north on US 19 and Gulf To Bay Blvd (10 min drive/35 min walk).
Bus 19 stops at US19 and Bellaire intersection.
Close commute to Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays spring training grounds. 27 min/20 mi to Amelie Arena, home of the Toronto Raptors. 24 min/17 mi to Raymond James Stadium, hosting Super Bowl 55.
No buildings in the complex have elevators.
