The lower level - English basement apartment is rented. Please be mindful that it is a shared home.
Please do not adjust the thermostat lower than 68 degrees or higher than 72 degrees. Please shut all windows if the air-condition or heat is on.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$75.00 per night fee for each person over 6, this includes children. Anyone who enters the house is considered a guest.
There is an English basement apartment at this property. It is occasionally occupied. Therefore quiet hours start at 10:00pm and go until 8:00am
Windows and doors to be kept closed while heat and air conditioning are on.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in Carolyn’s home for Family Weekend. Carolyn is very easy to reach and very responsive. The house is lovely and a very easy walk to Lane Stadium, the grocery store and downtown. We loved the bedding and mattress - so comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint. A good time was had by all!

Great spot for Virginia Tech activities. Clean and accommodating. One shower so plan accordingly there. We would rent again without hesitation.

Great place for gameday and VT tour

My son and his friend and his dad went to saturday night VT game. Then on Monday went to a VT admissions tour. Great place to stay , location is awesome and hosts are very nice. Would definetly stay again.

The owners were very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay. Very clean property, outfitted with all kitchen needs, TV, towels, and other pleasant amenities. Easily sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Very close to Lane Stadium and Kroger

The house is in a perfect location. It's near the VT Campus, grocery stores, movies, bowling shops, restaurants, but it's still quiet.
