Professionally decorated open-concept living at its finest! Throw open the oversize patio sliders to seamlessly blend indoors & out. Grab a cold drink from the outdoor bar fridge & light up the BBQ. Cool off in the swim-up bar or lounge on the spacious covered terrace in your oversized hammock lounges

This beautiful villa looks onto forested green space with easy access to walking trails located on the perimeter of the development.
Renters staying for a three week duration or longer will have access to onsite washer & dryer.

Housekeeping is included in the rental rate and will be provided every second day for short term rentals.
Pool and garden care is provided in the rental rate three times per week.

Check in was seamless, the management responsive, and the support staff thoughtful and nice. The villa is in a great location and being poolside was as enjoyable as you would hope. We look forward to returning.

A lot of the outside furniture was dirty and old. Shower heads in bathroom was old and dirty. Pots in kitchen was dirty and old too!!

The home itself is exactly as described…missing absolutely nothing…everything was top notch!! If I had to really find something to complain about it would be the “cold” pool….but be warned it’s not only this house, it’s every house in Sosua..very very few are heated! Owner is looking into adding a source of heat for pool! The other bonus is the location….in Casa Linda..you can’t beat it! Security, staff, restaurant with cheap prices and excellent food…absolutely nothing to complain about! We were here for 10 weeks and I rented a car, even after reading that Casa Linda offered shuttle service to beach…and taxi are pretty well $10 one way! So that was $6k that I could have saved! The property manager Cathy, and the owner Dave were nothing short of exceptional to deal with! Can’t say enough!

Casa Linda Rocks!!

The villa in Casa Linda are wonderful, nice villas are set-up nicely and it's peaceful and quite at night. Will be back for sure.
